I was not impressed with the room, the way the bed faces the TV is not the best, the lights were really low and the sofa and carpet seem dirty. The bathroom floors also seem dirty. My bed was not made, I was disappointed to come to rest and found my bed not made. A colleague told me they only made them every other day?

Hotel bonito, limpio y comodo. Cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. El unico pero que le pongo es que las amenidades de banio son muy limitadas (jabon, shampoo, crema), y el aseo NO LO HACEN DIARIO.

The friendliness of staff, particular Joy in residence inn. She was the hostess for the breakfast. Very friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Also, great staff with lobby area. Always greeted us when we left and arrived. The staff also working at the bistro friday night were great

This was a great room but a little small for 3 people. There were no sheets for the sofa bed but the front desk told us to come down and get them. Overall a nice stay with friendly staff

The hotel is very clean, has wonderful amenities, and the staff was very friendly. It is attached to the Radisson (by Marriott) which offers complementary breakfast (the Courtyard does not), but the front desk clerk informed us of, which was nice of him. The hotel itself is very nice and seems new. We were very pleased with its access to the Brier Creek shopping area and it was easy to find off Hwy 70.

The staff was friendly, polite, professional and courteous. The hotel room was very clean, I would highly recommended this hotel to anyone traveling to this area.

My check-in experience was horrible. It took forever. And the front deck made it a hassle.

The staff each tell you different things that really made our stay awful. First I was told we didn’t have to check out until 4:00 and a shuttle was a auto take all of us to the airport. The next day the “supervisor “ said she needed to train her staff and we couldn’t stay later than noon but she would keep our suitcases until 4:00 so we had to leave the property and spend more money. Then I paid parking for 5 days and was told to call upon return and the shuttle would pick us up. I called and was told they didn’t have a driver until 4:00.

The room was very nice and clean and the staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Total Disaster,Hospitality at front office is out of window,hotel management should consider hiring trained staff Cleanliness has taken a beating as I had been using this hotel since last 6 months and have stayed frequently but not now. Next time if will be nit be this hotel again

Overall the place is great and I would definitely want to stay again. The one thing I really didn’t like though was the bathroom, the shower itself is a semi-open shower & because the glass wall doesn’t go out far enough, water leaks all over the floor. The other part that bothered me was there was no place to hang your towels. And the fact that the one bar they do have to put your towels on it’s right by your toilet hanging really low so even if you were too hang your towels to dry there they are basically on the ground and again right next to the toilet and your towel would cover/hang over the toilet paper roll. There could have been at least two hooks on the back of the door, that would’ve been helpful.
