it was definitely ok i was mad that my toliet was making a sound all night it was annoying no microwave in the room and we had to pay for breakfast and things we seen on the menu didn't have

The bed was very comfortable but the bathroom and heater were so noisy. The shower had awesome pressure, so awesome that a lot of water escaped under the door.

The lady at the front desk was not very friendly. When calling down to the front desk, the phone is picked up by the element hotel next door. That person was friendlier than the lady downstairs. The room looks tired and worn. We had to switch rooms because the first one was in terrible shape. Two of the employees encountered were wearing street clothes, not very professional. Was reluctant to open the door when pillows were sent. This was a one and done for us. Many newer options for the price.

one thing is room was not cleaned up and changed bed sheets in 4 days. I decided to inform the front desk that new towels and bed sheets. towels and bed sheets dropped off in room. I used new towels after 2 days.

This hotel has fallen off. The carpet was dirty, the lobby furniture was stained, there was no place to hang towels. The price was too high for the condition of the room/ facilities. I will not be staying there again.

I was here for a mother /daughter weekend get together I stayed at this particular hotel. I try my stay at different hotels each time I come to the Maryland area this is a different kind of setup yet the room was clean. I felt safe and cozy would go there again

Usually a great stay at this location. This trip the toilet wasn’t working and toilet paper was left hanging out from the toilet seat lid. The room had an odor when we walked in which is also uncommon for this location

Fantastic staff with better property amenities. Mr. George, Ashley, and Miss Q really made my stay enjoyable. I keep on extending my stay and the staff have really looked out for me. I'm so appreciative of the incredible workers

Very nice hotel in a great location. Plenty of dining options and minutes from the outlet mall.

In 2023 which hotel don’t hv microwave in rooms , I was shock to see that , it is reall poor to let that happen in all rooms , they need to get microwave in rooms now it is a shame to management

The facility was a disappointment. Spaces were not clean. Gym equipment needed a scrub. Bathrooms were decent. My room was not great. The linens were clean, the surfaces were clean. The baseboards and floors were kinda gross. The bathroom pocketdoor had "splash residue" so I just left it in its pocket. I should have said something to staff but they were all so nice I didn't want to complain.

Nice hotel, the bed was very comfortable, I don’t expect the room to be that small but overall I enjoyed it .
