帕爾馬諾瓦度假村(PalmaNova Resort)

We stayed here for 5 nights traveling in and out of Tirana. We were picked up at the airport by a very nice guy, we found out on our way he was the person who done their spa treatments. He's off on a Sunday the day we looked to book him, our fault. The Reception staff are excellent and will help with anything you may require. The staff in the café are really friendly and go out their way at breakfast to make sure everything is to your liking. We had pizza at the pool from the restaurant and a steak meal at night, all was excellent. Last but not least was the friendship shown to us by Dritan, the resort's General Manager who invited us out for the morning to Tirana. Best wishes to all. Jim and Brian

I ordered rare meat and they gave me (and my friends) fully cooked hard meat. They also messed up my friends order and gave fish instead of chicken. The playground toys were broken and was a danger hazard.

It was fine. I don't know if I would call it a resort. Other than the pool, which closes at 7, there really isn't anything else to do. The food was very mediocre and a bit on the pricey side compared to the rest of the country. An example being the pizza. Pizza in Tirana would cost 4500, whereas here it costs 6500. Also the hotel itself is located on the highway combined with a gas station / truck stop. The hotel isn't actually inside the resort. To reiterate, I enjoyed the pool but it closes at 7 pm! There are lights around the pool, but they are not needed since it closes so early. Also, the loungers are loaded with stains. Buying new cushions would go a long way for the aesthetics of the place.
