Magnifique hôtel, extrêmement bien situé, à quelques pas de la rue piétonne Knez Mihailova. Le personnel est d’une grande gentilesse et se montre très disponible, y compris pour conseiller et réserver quelques restaurants et activités. La piscine et le spa valent le détour. Le restaurant japonais de l’hôtel est excellent. Bref, je recommande vivement, vous ne serez pas déçus!

Eccezionale! Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Il ragazzo del ceck preparato e gentilissimo! Difficilmente ho trovato del personale così preparato e gentile. Camere molto belle e spaziose. Hotel molto bello e curato nei dettagli, Colazione curata e ottima qualità della materia prima. Servizio veloce. Anche aperitivo servito con cura e ottimi snack. Ci torneremo

Personale di sala ristorante maleducato , assolutamente non professionale, con il suo atteggiamento rende sgradevole la permanenza per colazione o cena, indegno per un Hotel 5 stelle nel pieno centro di Belgrado,. Le camere belle ma pur essendo le nostre camere 'non fumatori' sono costantemente impregnate dal fastidioso odore di fumo proveniente dalle altre stanze e dal corridodio. Per questo motivo siamo stati costretti a stare con le finestre costantemente aperte durante la nostra permanenza, pur essendo pieno inverno. Esperienza da non ripetere.

Dear Sirs, We recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a luxury experience given it’s listed as a member of Leading Hotels of the World and the steep price tag of €1,000 per night. We rented two rooms – one for ourselves and one for our granddaughter – expecting a high level of comfort and quality. Unfortunately, the experience was far from five-star. To our shock, we found a bed bug right in the bed, under the bed sheet – we felt it ourselves. When we reported this issue to management, their response was highly disappointing: they offered only a 50% discount on one night’s stay. It felt as though they were indifferent to both guest satisfaction and basic cleanliness standards. Additionally, the hotel claims the tap water is drinkable, yet it came out muddy – a troubling sign for a supposedly luxury hotel. We were also surprised to find no free bottled water provided in the room, despite the high price. In conclusion, this hotel does not deserve its five-star rating or its place in the Leading Hotels of the World. I would strongly recommend that travelers looking for a true luxury experience consider other options. Regards Sergey

This is a superb hotel - an oasis of calm in a noisy and bustling city. The staff are great and the whole vibe is first class. Everybody and everything works well. It is well located between Kalmedgan castle and the main thoroughfares. We eat at the Japanese restaurant on the top floor and had a lovely meal.

Cannot beat the property location which is very convenient. Spa is also quite nice which I enjoyed. Staff attitude and customer care was however a massive let down especially at the front desk and cafe downstairs (Japanese, on roof top, staff were much better). I had a simple request for a quiet room which they failed to fulfill and that keep my stay uncomfortable throughout 4 days of my stay because of road noise. Eventually it was not the room but how the hotel senior staff dealt with the request ensured I had to write this review. I understand that hotel was busy and it is a small property so there were not many room choices but the fact that even the senior most people at hotel did not make any effort to solve or at least gave the impression they cared about guest's inconvenience is amazing. I noticed several check-ins and check outs during my stay but clearly no one was bothered to try and offer a solution. Only option given was a room downgrade. Absolute genius! Hotel concierge was on a one week leave and clearly front office were not as equipped nor as knowledgeable, something not becoming of a 5 star property. Maybe a cost cutting drive. It seems as if client apathy starts from the top and consistently practiced across the hotel except a couple of staff that I would specifically look out for restaurant choices or other asks as they spoke with a smile and care, something rare at Square Nine. I won't return to this hotel for how they made me feel; as if I was being done a favor for allowing me to stay there.

5 Sterne?? Baulich gesehen, mag die Kategorie gerechtfertigt sein. Allerdings erwarte ich in dieser Kategorie auch freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. Und ob es gerechtfertigt ist, dass das Hotel für einen Shuttle zu einer wenige km entfernten Location (ca. 10 Min. Fahrzeit) 120€ berechnet und einem sogar die Reinigung eines Hemdes berechnet, über das einer dieser unfassbar aufmerksamen Kellner einen Cocktail geschüttet hat, darf man kritisch sehen. Preis/Leistung steht hier in keiner Relation.
