酒店疫情期間應該旅客不多，熱水放出來還有一些水管的褐色水垢，不過很快就好了。前台小哥服務超級好，我們被房間金屬保險扣把自己鎖在了外面，大半夜還叫來了師傅把門打開。英文也說的很好懂。是去hot springs路上一個不錯的中轉點。

Room was small and smelled like smoke! The beds were broken and made horrible noise! The bathroom and shower were fine but small and smelled! The ac turned on and off all night and I as so loud it kept us awake!

Worst place I have ever stayed at. Smoke alarm kept going off all night, roaches in the room, tv kept not working properly. My co-worker had the same experience I had as well. I stay in hotels all the time for work and have for the past 15 years but this is by far the absolute worst!!

Propre, silencieux, bien situé

They are updating rooms. Some furniture being replaced. But very clean. Comfy bed. Toilet is a bit shorter than ada one. One thing I would suggest is more lighting in parking lot for safety. Its on a dark intersection/ road. Hard to see entrance driveway especially in rain.

Breakfast was great, beds were comfy, lots of hot water, but traffic noise all night long on a weeknight.

The pictures don't fully show how the place look like and it stated that I will pay whenever I checked in. I never arrive to check in and I still got changed money.

The desk person was very efficient and friendly. The room was clean with a comfortable reading chair and desk area. It was the end of a holiday weekend so some restaurants weren't open, but there were some available. The access to restaurants, gas stations and the hotel was right off the interstate so great for a stop while traveling. There was a hot breakfast with multiple selections. The price was reasonable even before using our points. Will use it again.

We have been staying here on our semi annual trips to Tennessee for about 10 years and have always received good service and a clean comfortable room to lay our heads at the end of a long day of driving.

The room was nice and clean. The chair was too low. The walls were thin-I had to tell my neighbors to go to sleep because they were talking to loud. Overall a good stay. The breakfast was good! Lots of choices - especially for healthier eating!

Staff were very hospitable, breakfast was okay, the bed was uncomfortable and air conditioning unit was struggling to keep room temperature down. Rust in the waterline when you turned on the shower and faucets

Overall good hotel although towels are sparse. Many hotels have 4 bath towels for 2 people; we had 2. Breakfast set-up is a little weird with coffee, juice, oatmeal and microwave on one side of the lobby and other breakfast items on the opposite side in a separate room. It made it difficult to find everything as well as to heat up lukewarm eggs and sausage. Despite minor issues, we'd stay there again if we were in that area.

Love coming here the rooms are clean and comfortable.The front desk is always nice.This is my 3rd time staying here to just spend time with my husband.

Los Agaves, Ernesto was marvelous. Dinner was great. He offered to make a fresh guacamole that t was the best we’ve ever experienced. Passing through we wished he was in out town down in the hill country of Texas!
