酒店是在聖芭芭拉找到的最便宜的酒店，但是體驗還不錯，乾淨，雖然房間不是那種大空間，但是作為睡覺功能完全夠了！也有書桌能辦公。 服務我的兩個服務員Thomas, Naid, 都特別熱情，早上我提前來放行李，人走了，晚上回來check in, Toms 遠遠在我身後就叫我Mr. Li,很是感動。茶水間我問有什麼喝的，我説想喝橙汁，他説今天的橙汁沒了，明早有。結果到了房間以後，Naid給我送了一大瓶一升的橙汁給我，又是個小美好。 酒店有兩個地方可以抽煙，stone table 和 trash area. 整體感覺還不錯，就是聖芭芭拉價格都太貴了。

4星級價格，汽車旅館的環境，沒有服務

It was horrible. The room was not ready at 3pm check-in time. The staff was rude and would yell in Spanish. The vending machine does not take money, instead of putting a sign they just yell from the lobby to the parking lot that it’s doesn’t take money. The room: curtains had wholes, miss matched colors on wall, faucet for sink broken, a/c made a horrible loud noise, electrical cover by a/c broken with wires showing. I will never stay there again.

Positives: The location was northern state street. A really close drive from lower state street. Good location and free breakfast. Negatives: Not sound proof at all.. You can hear your neighbors super clearly and when someone is passing by your door such as your the workers, you can hear everything clearly and loudly. Also our fridge did not work :(

In one room the shower faucet didn't work right. In a second the temperature controller for the heater unit didn't work right. Otherwise, relatively OK, but, get this: will not service the room unless you pay an additional fee. Refrigerator, no microwave. Minimal coffee service, but is a free breakfast opening around 6AM. Pool.

The front desk people are super helpful. I have their names on my sticky notes, but I lost them. They really listen to your needs and solve the problems for you. They are also knowledgeable about the surrounding facilities.

Older 2 story property in SB that had reasonable rates for SB. Room was on smaller size with refrigerator but worked for 1 person. Parking area on property is tight. Pool area though not used appeared to be well maintained. Was on bottom floor, only heard noise one time of someone going up stairs, otherwise quiet. Breakfast selection adequate, though fresh oranges, apples or bananas would have been nice. There were markets and eating places within comfortable walking distance. Room could stand to be painted but that would most likely be cause to raise rates. If looking for basic reasonably priced room to watch a little television, sleep then get back on road this is the place!

This is an older motel a little bit north and west of the downtown. My room was kind of smallish but it did include a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Because of the layout of the structure, parking can be somewhat tight. However, free on-street parking can also be used. The motel is near both De la Vina and State Street, offering straight access to downtown. There are a few interesting restaurants nearby. The motel, itself, offers a free starter breakfast, including a waffle iron. And if you require daily housekeeping, contact the reception. I found them to be helpful.

The FROWNS: some of the walls in motel room were scuffed up and needed touch up painting; no microwave in rooms (had to make chamomile tea with lukewarm tap water from faucet); not enough parking on site for all patrons because they designated two spots for “members only” parking. Our daughter and husband booked a regular room but were given a H/C accessible room which they did not like (room odor). Management would not let them change rooms because they were “full”. They were promised a discount the next day but staff was nowhere to be found at checkout to obtain that “promised” discount. 👎🏼 The SMILES: AC is very quiet; they have outdoor tables for people who want to eat outside; they are one of the few motels that provides sugarless syrup for patrons who need to watch their sugar intake (there is a waffle machine in breakfast room); located in cute part of town; only a couple blocks away from a Trader Joe’s.

This hotel is a very clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay. The Manager and staff are very attentive and always friendly & available for any guests needs. They have Waffles and other continental breakfast items that I very much appreciate. Good Location.

We stayed here for 1 night while passing through Santa Barbara. The room was clean but small and very outdated. Breakfast was very basic but enough to get you started for the day. Manager on reception was very polite and welcoming. Guest laundry advertised on website so we qere hoping hoping be able to use this, but there isn't one. There is a coin laundry across the street, I believe. OK as a one night stop off.

Very nice hotel, 10min drive from the center. Room has everything you need. There was enough parking space. Receptionist was also very nice. Stayed here for two nights, would book again. Breakfast was very basic, did like the bagels! For the expensive area, it is a good deal.

This place isn't as bad as some of the reviews I have read. Pros- Good location and walkable to a few interesting restaurant options. Dog park just over the fence. Friendly staff. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable with great sheets and pillows. The room is quiet from outside street noise. Continental breakfast. Cons-No refund policy. The room is over-priced for the quality of the property. Bottom floor room gets sound from the room above.

Thomas does a fabulous job leading his staff to provide excellent care to visitors. We observed several staff showing utmost respect for Thomas (manager) who is a hard-working, people-pleasing, professional leader. Our room was clean and fresh, the grounds were well-kept, the office and breakfast room were tidy. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and plentiful (waffles, pastries, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee/tea). We’ll certainly be back!
