Only thing I had a problem with was the maid came while we were out and All she did was pull the covers up on the bed and put fresh towels. Trashcans we’re not emptied , bath tub was not cleaned and she did not leave any shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc.

Staff was great! Breakfast was very good! Room was overly dusty could have planted mustard seeds. Carpet had not vacuumed!

The Hampton was conveniently located to everything needed during my stay: stores, churches, entertainment, it was all close at hand. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed my one night stay @ Hampton. The room was very clean and the breakfast was aslo good no complaints. The staff was very friendly everyone spoke in passing. I will recommend staying here.

This hotel was in a good location and was easy to access. Desk staff was friendly, had good hot water and pressure in the shower, and was clean. My husband said they had a great breakfast! Two complaints I have is that you could hear literally EVERYTHING! You could hear the people in room next door, out in halls, in parking lot (and we were up on 2nd floor) so apparently the walls are paper thin. Also they don’t have decaf coffee in the lobby for breakfast. I have never seen a hotel not have decaf coffee with the regular coffee. But the staff told me that they don’t make decaf. I would stay here again because the only two choices in the town are this hotel and the ******.

I was charged twice by ******* and Mansura Hampton Inn for the room. Not a happy customer.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Also, really good complimentary breakfast.

Breakfast Buffet was fantastic!!! The room was nice but the lighting was poor. Overall good hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed and the room were great. The water temperature was not good at all… It was just lukewarm. Our only complaint!

It was a good stay we stayed for the military ball at the paragon

The lobby was very clean and the staff were friendly. The room had a musty/moldy smell that they tried to cover with a sweet smelling cleaner. The bathroom was outdated, cracked tiles and the shower once had a glass door that had been removed and a shower curtain put in its place. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. There is a fast food restaurant that shares a parking lot with the hotel, there is obviously an after hours hang out for teens/young adults who rev their cars and play their music so loud that we could hear it in our room on the 2nd floor. The final charge to my credit card was over $50 more than the total that I was given in my confirmation- so be prepared for that.

Our stay never happened. Two hours before we were to arrive the hotel called and said they had to move us to another hotel an hour away. That after we traveled 1 1/2 hours to get to Marksville. The reason for canceling our room was plumbing issues. I don’t believe!! I would like a refund, because we ended up driving back home!! They ruined an otherwise pleasant trip. Please refund my money!!

The front desk staff were very helpful, efficient and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel.
