サンセバスチャンで数少ないビーチフロントホテル。 シービューの部屋を予約しましたが、最上階の部屋にしてくれ、景色は抜群でした。 サンセバスチャンの駅・バスターミナルやバルの集まる旧市街・大きなスーパーマーケットへは徒歩10〜15分程度で利便性もよく、天気のいい時に海沿いを歩くのが心地よかったです。 部屋はこじんまりとしていますが白をベースとしているので清潔感があり、自分で扉を閉めなければいけない古いエレベーターは最初戸惑いましたが使ううちに慣れ、ヨーロッパのレトロな雰囲気のホテル滞在を楽しめました。 設備は2つ星-3つ星レベルです。ペットボトルの水は毎日置かれていましたが、冷蔵庫・コーヒー紅茶・金庫は部屋にありませんでした。 また、部屋にエアコンがないのでとても暑く窓を常に開けておかなければならなかったのですが、隣の部屋の人がベランダでタバコを吸っていたようでタバコ臭が流れ込んできました。

Posizione fantastica sulla passeggiata e sulla spiaggia. A due passi dal centro. Albergo stile anni 60 e forse l ascensore è proprio di quel periodo. Camera piccola con letto matrimoniale molto piccolo. Scarsamente insonorizzata. Buone le forniture del bagno. Staff gentile. Non so la colazione.

Hotel precioso, cómodo y muy acogedor! Habitaciones muy limpias y poco ruido. Magnífico restaurante para tapear y desayunar. Vistas inmejorables!!

Hôtel bien situé au pied de la plage de la Concha. Le personnel est absolument adorable, les prix très raisonnables. Les chambres sont petites mais bien restaurées et lumineuses. L'insonorisation est un peu limite pour les personnes sensibles au bruits. Il y a un bar et restaurant avec vue sur la mer. La vieille ville est à 10mn à pied. Parking à 2 pas de l'hôtel, à réserver : payant (super pratique car il est très difficile de se garer)

Hotel muito charmoso e bem localizado na praia da concha é perto da cidade antiga. Os quartos com vista pro mar são sensacionais.

No solo las vistas impagables, sino el ambiente, tranquilidad, buen gusto, ubicacion ,con un equipo humano desde las recepcionistas, servicio de cafeteria, staf encargado de limpieza es un todo magnifico que convierte a este mitico Hotel en el mejor lugar donde quedarse en una de las ciudades de España mas bonitas , para mi la primera Enhorabuena a la Propiedad y al Equipo humano que atiende este paraiso

Fantastic Location – right on the the beach of San Sebastian! Lovely lobby, comfortable room and wonderful customer service. Restaurant with ocean view. Close to Old Town and all those great restaurants! No car needed – bus lines one block away. Great Value!! Would definitely stay here again!

My only minor complaint is the lack of a coffee maker in the rooms. That is something that is expected in such hotels. Other than that, it was fine.

An Edwardian-era hotel that preserves the character of its past without sacrificing modern comfort. The view over the sea is astounding. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful.

The view of Concha bay from our room was priceless. Hotel Niza was elegant and a good value. Very happy with our stay here.

The best thing about hotel Niza is the location and view of the beach if you paid an arm and a leg for it. Undoubtably it has one of the best panoramic views of the Concha beaches. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. Unfortunately, it pretty much stops there. They lacked several amenities for a 4 star hotel. The hotel room size was extremely small. We were asked to purchase a second room because our sea facing room only had a Twin sized bed and there were 3 of us. We were super hot in our hotel room as there was no AC and it was 80 F outside. We kept our window open to sleep at night but then we were victim to all the noise from the beach crowds. The elevator was from 1940’s for a maximum 2 people and was super slow (we usually ended up taking stairs). Also the location of the hotel was away from a lot great Tapas restaurants which were a minimum 15 min walk from it. In all, you get a great view and not much more of anything else at a very steep per night rate.
