It was only a few days lapsed after the the free cancellation period. We appealed for a 50% refund but was denied. Very disappointed with the Hotel Management . The registration to attend the AGM Berkshire failed, thus causing us to cancel the trip. The appeal for cancellation was 3 weeks before the actual booking date. Will never book the same hotel again for the next trip to Berkshire AGM in 2025.

The staff was very friendly and the room was fairly clean. The hotel is a little worn. Marks on the wall, toilet seat was broken, seat cushion was dirty. Carpet was dirty in the hallway. But overall it was a great stay. I also didn't like that we had to pay 15 dollars a night to self park in the garage 😐. But as i said before overall great stay.

At check-in and the other two times I had reason to visit the front desk, there was an "I'm away from my station" sign, and there were longer than usual waits. It's disappointing that you are understaffed. Perhaps it was because of the holiday, but still an issue.

Our room was dirty, humid and musty smelling. The bedding looked dingy and they had a portable air conditioner unit that was vented out the window using flex pipe. We ended up driving home at 1:00 in the morning be cause it was so disgusting.

Element is a great stay, especially for the price. This is in an excellent location. The rooms are perfect.

My dauughters husband was havingg brain surgery the next morning so was inding a hotel close by. The bed was not a king bed which I paid for and the airconditioner was a floor model that rattled all night. needless to say they had a horrible night.

The hotel recently added a dog charge - for the first time. I have been stopping here with my dog buddies for years as I travel between Chicago and Denver. They have now limited the number of pets you bring and charge for them. Boo, Element!

Goodbye for good! This had been our go to hotel in Omaha due to the pet friendly space and the eco awareness. But sadly, we won’t be back. The room was odd with a tv in living room that sat halfway between the desk and very uncomfortable couch. There were no coat hooks anywhere and dirty dishes put away as clean. For an eco friendly hotel, it seemed unwise to have to run the shower a full 10 minutes to get warm water and a bit less for the kitchen sink. The breakfast was inedible both days. The overcooked, cold scrambled eggs were pitted and decimated. The sausages were also overcooked and cold. The coffee was so weak it didn’t even look brown and there was no cream to be had. I tried to find help but no one was there. Very sad to see it run down and changed.

Horrible hotel to stay at when you want sleep! Was on the 7th floor. Woke up 10-12 times throughout the night because of people fighting/yelling. Called front desk and nobody ever answered.

Our room had a bad smell. The staff did try to assist - we appreciated that. The breakfast was not like it used to be there.. it was bland and much lower quality than in the past. Was very disappointing and we used to love staying there.

the staff were amazing and the room was clean, the amenities offered were appreciated and the distance to midtown along with the price definitely made the stay great

I liked the layout and the friendly staff. I didn't like the fact that the low flow toilets still clog too easily

Very clean but parking is $15/ day and it is not very quiet. Can hear every door slam and any traffic.
