Que delicia de hotel! Lindo, ótimo atendimento, excelente localização. Limpeza impecável! Se retornarmos a Tashkent, certamente será neste mesmo hotel que nos hospedaremos. Prazer em lembrar desta estadia!!!

聽勸，一定不要住！！住兩天投訴了三次，第三次忍不了直接要求找了總經理，聊完也衹有口頭承諾，估計也是等着我們離開了然後就沒有然後了吧。可惜，我會繼續向烏國旅遊有關部門投訴的。中國遊客人並沒有人傻錢多。 1/ 攜程已經付款税費，酒店以按金名義收取，並在離店時説是税費不打算退還。直接找了總經理，大發慈悲説給我抹了“税費”，像是專門針對現金付款“按金”的中國遊客的詐騙吧。 2/ 酒店chiva餐廳不新鮮，肉都是冰凍的，沒吃依舊收了錢，從餐廳到總經理都説要退錢，然而一天過去了沒有一個人付諸任何實際行動。 3/ 浴室漏水嚴重，小心摔倒 4/ 前台經理接到我投訴後騙總經理説我是故意投訴，還説我投訴了另一家已入住的對手酒店，但是對手酒店可是給了5星好評的喲。總之，避雷吧

We had a pleasant 6N/7D stay at the hotel. The staff service level was exceptionally good especially the housekeeping staff, Dilnoza, the concierge, the staff of Khiva restaurant where we had our daily breakfast and also the front office staff. The breakfast buffet offered a wide spread of choices and healthy conscious. Should we come again to Tashkent, we will definitely consider again Hyatt Regency!

Service was impeccable. We were there for a birthday trip and the staff took extra good care of us, even sending a cake, gift and card. Very thoughtful!

房間挺大的，酒店環境算塔什干很好的了。早餐很豐盛，位置很便利。價格不便宜，服務在uz來説算還不錯了。

Останавливался в данном отеле несколько раз в течение последних семи лет. В последний раз - в декабре 2024-го. Стала заметна деградация инфраструктуры и снижение качества обслуживания. При отрицательной температуре на улице в номерах становится очень холодно, образуется конвенционный ветер из-за плохой теплоизоляции окон. Ситуацию можно исправить поставив кондиционер на усиленный режим обогрева, но это очень сильно сушит воздух, из-за чего утром просыпаешься с головной болью. Резко ухудшилось качество уборки общественных зон. В туалетах первого этажа откровенно грязно, пятна на полу и стенах, особенно в зоне расположения писсуаров, неприятный запах. Салфетки, предлагаемые для вытирания рук после умывания - низкого качества. Отелю явно нужен ремонт и реновация. И, для начала, улучшение менеджмента.

Все было просто отлично. За исключением одного, что трансфер нельзя было забронировать по телефону. Обязательно было подтвердить и оплатить трансфер через имейл. В остальном же, все было прекрасно.

這家很好，雖然聽説intercontinental 更新更現代，但是這家老牌細節，選它應該至少沒錯

和爸媽旅遊選擇了凱悦，服務還算可以，我們入住時希望兩間都是雙床房，雖然開始時還是給了一間大床房，但溝通後能馬上讓服務生把床分開，效率還算比較快，但淋浴間洗澡時水會往外滲，希望酒店能有所改進。早餐品種比較多，對於中國老年人還是比較合適的。

服務一流，位置極佳。早餐非常好吃。這裏住了2天，每天保證瓶裝水供應，2天早餐不重樣。服務人員非常熱情，尤其對中國人非常友善。房間價格經常變動，這段時間價格比較優惠，因此感覺非常好。

酒店位置很好，走路可以去到大部分的景點（圖片裏的三張），房間比洲際的要小，但價格也比洲際便宜幾百塊，還是推薦的，性價比還不錯
