No check in já da pra perceber a grosseria dos atendentes. Os quartos possuem 2 camas menores que queen size, portanto ruim para 2 adultos e 2 crianças. A piscina só permite o uso de adultos, o que torna frustrante para as crianças. A limpeza também não é boa, além de tomadas que não funcionam. Pelo mesmo preço de diária tem hotéis bem melhores

It’s not worth it. This place is one of the worst motel/hotels I have ever seen. We couldn’t even stay there one night without leaving. Trust the reviews when they say this place is horrible. I wish I had paid more attention to the written reviews more than the overall rating. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Stay anywhere else.

This place is bad news, We had ants in our room, We left our car there as they said they were a safe place to leave you car for a week while you fly for a trip. On return our CAT convertor was missing along with two wheels and tires. The Hotel management would not take any responsibility. They would not assist with a tow or a ride home. They would not keep our key to give to a tow company. There was absolutely no customer service.

ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! If you decide to not heed my advise, make sure you are wearing a hazmat suit before you enter the room! Be prepared to sleep with your shoes on. The carpet is so soiled it's like walking on coral. The toilet is broken and runs all night. You have to fill the waste basket with water from the tub and dump it into the tank to make it flush. Don't leave anything of value in your vehicle as the parking lot is not secure and multiple break ins have been reported. I've stayed here many time over the years, most recently 2019. It amazes me how a nice hotel can turn to crap in such a sort period of time. Maybe they had a special promotion for frat house weekends. Mike Rowe from Dirty Jobs wouldn't touch this place with a 50ft fire hose! DO NOT STAY HERE! Pay a little bit more and stay at a nice place. YOU'RE WELCOME.
