Great place to stay n friendly staff.. Definitely plan on stay there again..

En realidad no estuvo bien la propiedad estaba sucia por fuera y las habitaciones que me tocaron las camas estaban perfecta y sabana igual pero el mantenimiento de la habitación es tétrico mancha en las paredes el baño lleno de parches de otro color la silicona toda embarrada el refrigerador no enfriaba pues estaba congelado y la piscina no tenía calentador muy fría en fin cosas que se pueden mejorar gracias

We enjoyed our stay here. Very close to Busch Gardens; walking distance if you’re so inclined. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and was in a safe location. The breakfast was good and the attendant in the breakfast room was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to help two young boys who weren’t getting any help from their own mother! Brava to her.👏

This is a no frills property not many extras. Decent location to Busch Gardens 15 min walk or 5 min Uber ride. Our room was cold and our heater didn’t work. We were told maintence would be up to fix it but they never showed. We ended up getting an extra blanket. Not the best of stays for us. Customer service nonexistent. I don’t recommend.

El personal del hotel fue muy atento, tanto en la recepción, como en el comedor y las personas de limpieza. El cuarto estaba limpio y ordenado. El refri hace un poco de ruido. La ubicación para visitar Bushgardens, está ideal. Nos convino ir y venir al parque en Uber ya que en carro nos encontramos mucho tráfico para la caseta y además sale más barato Uber (7+7 dlls) que los 30 dólares de estacionamiento

This is not a 3 Star property. The signs say under construction BUT the rooms are dingy and need complete renovation. And don't ask for pillows or blankets. You can only ask for them in the morning when Housekeeping is working. Never again.

Floor in room was buckling and had holes in it. Ceiling was cracking and had drywall missing. Cigarette burns on the tub. Ice machine near room broken. No towels at the pool. Beds uncomfortable, stains all over mattress.
