客房寬敞整潔衞生，服務態度熱情周到，有機場、火車站汽車站接送服務，含早餐，營養豐富：雞蛋、蛋糕、麪包🥯、果醬、熱水、礦泉水、咖啡、牛奶、梨。熱情指導出遊 打印去尼亞加拉瀑布的公交車時間表，坐幾路公交車在哪裡坐。

房間還可以，床品不錯，就是來得晚走得早，沒有看見花園。服務態度不錯，外國人一如即往地慢。有簡單的早餐。

房間還不錯，最差是早餐，沒有熱食，沒有酸奶，衹有幾片麪包和咖啡，還專門收取了早餐費，其實酒店説他們早餐包含在房費中，不特別收取的，不知為何攜程上有含早餐和不含早餐的價格。

非常好，布法羅整個城市感覺都很好，前台人員特別專業有親和力，出租車司機都很幽默風趣，強烈推薦。就是經常會下陣雨，雨傘得備着

More than anything, the customer service stood out to me. The staff was absolutely great!

Our stay was fabulous! I have never encountered such a helpful hotel staff before! They stored our bags, helped us take the shuttle to local attractions, offered stellar advice and generally took our stay to the next level. Randy, Christine, Renee, and Shelby, hats off to all of you for exemplary customer service! The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-located. Breakfast was tasty, wonderful shower, and comfortable beds. They hit all of the marks!

we were disappointed that multiple claims on the website were not met: after booking we received a notice that the restaurant is closed, and therefore the promised free breakfast was a grab and go. It was a bit better than grab and go, and the staff in the breakfast room were wonderful, but it was not as promised. Also, we were promised free parking, which changed to $20 valet parking, or the option to park in the medical center lot a block away for $9 (but no in and out). The check in was less than helpful and friendly. The room was fine and clean. It was surely not the VIP experience promised.

I did not ask for but received an adjoining room. The noise level through the doors was terrible. The next door neighbor was rude and left the alarm on their phone going off from 7 am until I got out of bed to pound on the door to wake them up at 7:20am. I told the front desk when checking out but they didn’t offer any compensation.

The staff was super friendly and nice. They help us find shopping took us there in the courtesy van. The driver was great. The staff held our luggage while we shopped. Will definitely stay there again.
