The hotel was ok. Seemed to be an older style. Their free morning breakfast buffet is very good. The rooms are nice, but the walls are thin and the doors slam hard. It was not very easy to sleep although the beds are very nice. The heater in my room made a loud knocking noise towards the end of its cycle. Sound like someone knocking on the window. Other than that. It's OK.

Super comfortable one night stay. We had everything we needed and staff were happy to provide anything else should we need it. Room was clean, renovated and as described in the booking. We had a small issue and was happily resolved by the manager. We would definitely recommend for a short or long term stay. Thank you!

The hotel was great, Parking was nice, there was a wide variety for breakfast, The lobby was beautiful and spacious. The thing is the bed was too soft, same with the pillows my neck in the morning was giving me problems. the pool seemed as if it wasn't clean, my kids found a few hair balls in there. other then that pretty good hotel and would maybe come back again.

Don’t stay here during hockey season unless you’re with a team. Kids running up and down the halls, kids bouncing a basketball in the halls, knocking on doors all night long. The parents weee given the entire lobby and restaurant area to have a party that latest until well after 1am!! No sleep found here.

Arrived at 10 PM to check in. Reception desk attendant was working with a customer (?) on some issue that seemed unrelated to current stay. IDK. Otherwise, no others waiting in lobby. Did not acknowledge my presence, other than split second eye contact about 5 minutes in. Total wait time about 10 minutes. I wanted to get to room and to bed. I felt disrespected and ignored.

Loud sports teams late into evening staff did nothing to settle things down. Breakfast was limited no whole wheat bread, fruit potatoes… at 300.00 a night at least give customers some selection at breakfast. Loud parents filled lobby late into evening not a good atmosphere… if you are taking in teams read them the rules!!!!!

Hotel and staff are great. Very nice front desk staff. The lady taking care of breakfast was always on top of the cleaning up after customers. The breakfast selections are typical for Hampton Inn, lots of bread options, some hard boiled and scrambled eggs, yogurt, and limited fruit. Hotel decor is modern and clean. The location is close to the freeway without the noise of the freeway. I’m not familiar with the city but the neighborhood has a slightly dodgy look to it, although we encountered no issues, so it could be my preconceived ideas of what the area should look like. Overall is what a great stay.

This hotel is wildly overpriced for what you get. It’s a mediocre hotel at best with 5 star prices. After I booked I happened to check a few hours later and the price had dropped by a third. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Also no body wash in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Room was fairly quiet but the door to the room is incredibly heavy and there was some noice from the outside. We are usually frequent Hampton Inn customers but this was sub par.

Only thing I can think of is that it would be very helpful to have a sheet listing tv channels. I gather you stopped doing it because of Covid, which I understand. Maybe it could be available on request at the front desk.

Nice place to stay, however there was large grp of hockey team young boys at hotel who ran up and down halls and stair wells during night hours and basically made sleep impossible.

I stay at a lot of different hotels for business. The bed was slightly uncomfortable and the pillows were the same. The room itself was clean and modern.
