The services us just normal, kinda old room, with fair amenities. Soap was so minimalist, but the breakfast was greatly satisfying with a lot of choices .

We were very surprised that the hotel charged us for sugar syrup when we order ice cappuccino which was not sweet and charged us for ice when the fruit juice we drank was not cold. The hotel food was horrid and cold.

Well during we are stay the staff is very helpful and the place of the hotel is very convenient and strategic the room so clean and wanna comeback to stay again into this hotel and highly recommended

I stayed at Park Hotel Cawang Jakarta for one night after missing the last Whoosh train from Jakarta to Bandung, and it turned out to be a good choice for my short stay. Check-In and Staff The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and efficient, making my experience stress-free. Room Experience The room was clean with a city view, although I couldn’t fully enjoy it as I checked in late at night and checked out early in the morning. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The room size was just nice for a couple, but it felt slightly smaller compared to other hotels in Jakarta with a similar price range. Wi-Fi The Wi-Fi speed was excellent, with no disconnections, and the signal was strong throughout my stay, which was very convenient. Dining I had a delightful dining experience at the hotel’s lobby restaurant. The Mee Goreng Jawa and Tom Yum Soup were delicious, with authentic flavors, and the price was affordable. I’d love to have these dishes again in the future! Facilities The location is a standout feature, as it is conveniently close to Halim Station for the Whoosh train, which made my early departure the next morning hassle-free. However, I wish the hotel provided an in-room iron and ironing board for added convenience. Overall Impression Park Hotel Cawang Jakarta is a great option for short stays, especially for travelers in transit. While the room size could be improved and the addition of an in-room iron would enhance the experience, the cleanliness, comfortable bed, friendly staff, and convenient location make it a worthwhile choice. Would definitely consider staying here again for its convenience and value!

My allergic rhinitis flared up. - floor was dirty - room wasnt look like the one they put on the website. Old and bad vibes. - shower head was dirty and broken.
