我在這個酒店住了兩個月，因為住宿很便利，有很多拖家帶口的常住客人，總體很便利，公共區衞生也可以，緊鄰高速，周邊環境空曠但很安全，關鍵是價格很好。

So, I intentionally chose the cheapest hotel available in the area, since I was only staying the night. I was actually surprised to see that it was an extended stay when I got there. The space was clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. The down sides were that the space was very old (the chair in the room needed to be replaced) and the advised breakfast was just a grab bag that only had applesauce, apple juice, and a water.

Time we’ll spent. Good area and it was very convenient. This is a place I will most likely recommend.

Hands down the most scary and dirty hotel I have ever seen, paint chipping from the cabinets and walls, burn marks all over the bathtub, bugs in my bed. I stayed a total of 5 minutes in that hotel. Let me say the staff working was so understanding and helpful I wish I caught his name :( he’s heard our problems and apologized though I know this is not nearly his fault. In all my years I’ve NEVER … EVER stayed nor even seen a hotel that looks like that. THE ROOM WAS $80 FOR ONE NIGHT. Just no!

Absolutely an atrocious stay. As Wyndham diamond rewards members, we were treated so poorly on the second day here. The staff didn't know what a rewards member was at check-in, we were even questioned why our stay was at no cost. The guest service agent working the second day, claimed there were complaints about us, that were 100% false. We did not break any of their rules and as we were sitting down for supper with our children, she rudely told us we would have leave the hotel and then lingered around to make sure we were gone. I've worked in hospitality at a grander scale and NEVER once treated any of my guests the way we were treated. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

A cheap hotel with heart, a real place with real people. Soften your judgement and meet the staff and guests with grace. Give them a chance and they can do great things.

The staff was so rude she almost had me in tears. They never answer the phone to answer any questions or help find anything it was just the worst trip to Rochester, MN I've ever had. Poor Management@!!!!.. Staff unfriendly and judgmental and I do not recommmend

Worst Wyndham experience I've ever had. I travel for work and have always taken advantage of Wyndham Rewards. My daughter has brought us to Mayo Clinic for some tests and needed to stay a week. Thinking I could save our family additional financial hardships I would use rewards to pay for room. The woman at the front desk was either having a bad day or is an unhappy person that shouldn't be in the service industry. I believe it to be the latter as I called a week ago to speak with hotel and was scolded about policy and left that conversation confused about the reaction I received just for asking about the amenities. It most certainly was the same woman. Not a nice place to stay and after one night my family and I will be leaving. A separate review will be discussed in further length with Wyndham directly. Hope this review helps families in need of help at lower moments of life.

Good people André with the costumer service made the stay even better! All the staff were amazing, id come back foresure, very clean.. for the price, the areas nice & close to the gas station very Affordable & helpful.. exactly what I needed!

This place is a dump - doesn't even have a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The TV conveniently muted the conservative channels on the TV. According to management, "nothing could be done to fix that". The breakfast "variety" was non-existent - 3 muffins (all the same) in a basket along with coffee and orange juice. Is a horrible hotel!

There is no hot water to shower and the owner does not care. Immigrant workers who will intimidate you. They will also dent your vehicle. If they are above you stomp around sounds like a bowling alley. Then say disrespectful words in Spanish. I will never stay at another Days Inn should change their name to Days End.

Terrible experience— they stole my Gillette gel when I moved rooms because toilet lever broke and they never fixed it! Bugs in the room everyday— flying bugs. Front desk asked me to dump my garbage bag from my room to the dumpster in back of building in freezing temperatures! Should have hot credit for staying in room 24 hours with no working toilet!

Lady at the front was very nice when she checked us in, but I don't think we will stay there again. Bed and pillows were very stiff/hard. You could hear dogs bark and your neighbors music. We avoided going through the first floor (main floor) because of the overwhelming smell from the animals. Luckily we were on the second floor near the stairs to avoid the smell, going through the side door. The rooms were outdated. It could use some good renovation at the property.
