Fantastic hotel - couldn't fault it! We arrived at 1am after a flight delay of one hour to be greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of champagne. The rooms were well appointed and serviced daily. The breakfast was the best I have seen in any hotel, regularly refreshed and a wide variety. All of the staff were friendly and helpful - a massive thank you to Maria on reception who is the most charming of people. The location is good, only a gentle 10 minute walk along the harbour to the old town. Highly recommended hotel - we will be back!

Ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί όλοι στην ρεσεψιον, μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν το σπίτι μας. Η πισίνα ήταν μια ευχάριστη έκπληξη για μας και περάσαμε πολλές στιγμές εκεί. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Ρόδου και έχει φοβερη σχέση ποιότητας/τιμής. Το πρωινό συγκρίνεται άνετα με καλο πρωινό τετράστερου ξενοδοχείου.

Hotel of dreams. This is our 8th year visiting Rhodes! This hotel is by far the best we have stayed in. Lovely location by all the nice bars/restaurants. We did not have any issue at all with noise from outside bars.. no more then you would expect from being on holiday. The hotel itself is stunning. Beautiful layout, modern and very clean. However what made us love this hotel is the staff. All the staff we encountered was extremely professional and very friendly. Every member of staff clearly cared about us as guests and made us feel very looked after and made our experience just wonderful. We would like to thank Anna Maria for taking such good care of use in the evenings and providing us with lovely cocktails, Spiros made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to help us and lastly the AMAZING Elena… we can not thank you enough for how much you looked after us, from looking after us at breakfast ( all the food is AMAZING) to looking after us by the pool. You really made us feel totally relaxed and looked after, your lovely manner and how much you care about your guests really does come across. I can no recommend this hotel enough and this hotel and it’s staff really will make your holiday one to remember.

Just returned from the most fantastic holiday at Mitsis Petit Palais. You will never forget your holiday in Rhodes! The staff are incredible, so welcoming, friendly and cannot do enough for you. Our special thanks go to Alex 2 *****es who welcomed us at the bar the night we arrived, looked after us all week and went the extra mile to ensure that we had a good time. He is so efficient at the bar, always smiling and getting everyone singing and in the holiday mood. Try and get Alex to sing for you Life is Life! Fantastic job Alex, you should be promoted to Colonel. Thank you also to Dimmi, the best Lifeguard, Alex number 2 who served us at the bar, the reception staff who are all lovely and helpful, Luigi on the night reception who it was a pleasure to meet. The food at the hotel is excellent, we loved all the choices and had 3 courses most mealtimes, starting with a nice soup, an array of main courses and delicious dessert/ice cream. We always received a warm welcome on arrival to the restaurant by Zara and Daniel, the chefs are fantastic and all the waiters very friendly and efficient. We really liked the pizzas freshly cooked and the Greek salad with feta cheese. Our bedroom and bathroom were very nice and cleaned daily by the hardworking housekeepers. It was great having the mini bar replenished with drinks and bottles of cold water. Our balcony was also nice with a good view of the sea. Location location location! This hotel has the most perfect location for the beach, harbour, shops, Old Town and the Acropolis. We also walked to the Cave of Archangel Michael. Everything is within walking distance, there is also a hop on hop off bus if you prefer. Absolutely amazing holiday and we cannot thank Alex 2 *****es enough for being fantastic. Missing you all so much already, cannot wait to return again soon.

Επισκέφτηκα το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο στη Ρόδο μαζί με φίλους κάνοντας μια κράτηση για 12 δωμάτια για 3 μέρες το καθένα. Δυστυχώς αν και χειμώνας οι υπεύθυνοι του ξενοδοχείου δεν είχαν τοποθετήσει τα τηλεκοντρόλ των κλιματιστικών μονάδων στα δωμάτια με αποτέλεσμα όλοι οι καλεσμένοι μου να ψάχνουν για ώρες να τα βρουν προκειμένου να τα θέσουν σε λειτουργία και να ζεστάνουν τον χώρο. Κάποια από τα κλιματιστικά επίσης δεν λειτουργούσαν ή έκαναν πολύ θόρυβο με αποτέλεσμα κάποιοι να χρειαστούν να αλλάξουν ως και 2 φορές δωμάτιο. Δυστυχώς για τις περισσότερες μέρες κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονής μας δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό προκειμένου να μπορέσουμε να κάνουμε ένα μπάνιο. Το αποκορύφωμα όλων όμως ήταν το τι αντιμετώπισα κατά την διάρκεια της αναχώρησης όταν και πήγα να εξοφλήσω τα δωμάτια και αποφάσισα να εκφράσω τα παράπονα μου στην υπεύθυνη της υποδοχής του ξενοδοχείου. Πέρα από τον αντιεπαγγελματικό και αγενέστατο τρόπο με τον οποίο μίλησε σε μένα και την σύζυγό μου χωρίς να ζητήσει ούτε μια φορά συγνώμη για όλες τις παραλείψεις στις οποίες αναφέρθηκα παραπάνω μας ”συμβούλεψε” όσον αφορά το ζεστό νερό ότι δεν έπρεπε όλοι οι καλεσμένοι μου να κάνουν ταυτόχρονα μπάνιο αλλά σταδιακά λες και έπρεπε να της δώσουμε αναφορά για την στιγμή που αποφάσιζε ο καθένας μας να λουστεί. Για τα κλιματιστικά δε η ”δικαιολογία” της ήταν ότι απλά κάποια από αυτά έκαναν λόγο θόρυβο παραπάνω. Η συγκεκριμένη υπάλληλος πρέπει ασφαλώς να επαναξιολογηθεί για το αν η προσφορά της στην λειτουργία του ξενοδοχείου του προξενεί περισσότερο ζημία παρά όφελος.

在我旅行探索羅德島的過程中在這裏住了2晚。  1。房間  ------------------ 傢具看起來有些舊，但很乾凈。我有一間部分海景房，可俯瞰市政廳和美麗的藍色大海。家政服務每天都非常有效地打掃房間，因此在這兩天結束的時候，我回到整潔的房間。  2。位置  ----------------- 從酒店步行即可到達餐館和迷你市場。到曼達基風車僅6分鐘步行路程（您應該從那裡欣賞美景！），步行即可到達羅得島舊城區。 市政廳前有一個隨上隨下巴士站，但沒有標記，我衹看到那裡的紅色巴士站。如果您有黃色巴士的票證，它根本不會在這裏停下來-最好在步行約10分鐘的下一站等待；阿克泰烏咖啡館的前麪。  3。早餐  ------------------ 我在這裏非常喜歡早餐！他們有很好的選擇，包括冷盤，糕點，果汁，咖啡，茶等。如果您想嘗試希臘咖啡，還可以在自助餐台買到這本希臘咖啡製作用品，並有明確的用法說明。 總而言之，如果您衹是在這裏短暫停留，那是一家令人愉悅的實用酒店。

Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο, υπέροχο προσωπικό, εξυπηρέτηση, ευγένεια και χαμόγελα!! Άνθρωποι που γνωρίζουν από διοίκηση ξενοδοχειακών επιχειρήσεων και φαίνεται στην αντιμετώπιση τόσο των πελατών αλλά και του προσωπικού τους. Καθαροί σύγχρονοι χώροι, πλούσιος μπουφές και αμέτρητες επιλογές λόγω της εξαιρετικής θέσης του στο νησί. Απιστευτη θέα στο Αιγαίο πέλαγος!!Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!! Η καλύτερη επιλογή!!
