Hotel Mahendra Plaza

It was a horrible experience staying at this hotel. Hotel staff and receptionist were very unprofessional and didn't know how to talk to guests it was my worst decision staying at this hotel, i would request that someone take strict action against them especially with their behaviour

Lack of cleanliness, broken bathroom fittings, poor breakfast service. Kitchen is in bad shape lacking hygiene.

Very terrible rooms. No kitchen service in case you check in late. Worst rooms but charges are still high. Please don’t stay

All services are very bad. Not good bad bedsheet / not food quality / not good behaviour hotel staff. Overy all very bad.

Can't not stay terrible everything, room, service, staff. Also fake bill and services only charges is high

Not proper service provided room was also not clean, television was not working after the request also they have not changed our room, i case of food i will give 4. 5 star food was good but for room and cleanliness i will give hardly 1 star.

Room is to small and ventilation problem is there
