Easy booking

Our Room was very clean and they served a wonderful continental breakfast!!!

The housekeeping never cleaned the room or changed the bed sheets. I ask 4 times and each time I was told they would, but they did not. I ask the front desk, a manager on our floor, and I ask the cleaning staff directly. I had to hunt for clean towels every morning. I was there three nights/days and our trash piled up. The front desk staff lacked professionalism. I would ask them a question and their response was very vague and never make eye contact. Their responses came across as if we were inconveniencing their time. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The room has no extra chair/couch for relaxing. Then, the ‘clean’ white towel I tried to dry my face with had long black hair on it (we are in our 70’s and gray). Breakfast was at 6, our flight 7 at 6:10, the person that prepared it wasn’t even there yet. The young man at the desk didn’t even know what to do. The shuttle driver was very nice, even took us to the hotel next door so we could get some breakfast, then made sure we got to the airport by 7!

When i checked in they ask me if i had already done so online. Even when i was adamant thay i had not, they gave me keys to a room thar had someone already in it. I even asked "there isn't going to be a strange person in there when i walk in?" They said "nah" and that was it. I walked into a room with someone already inside. When i went back downstairs, i didn't even get an apology, just new room keys and they let me have a free bottle of water. Horrible and unsafe situation, I should have been refunded immediately and at least given an apology!

Very Clean and comfortable. Could walk to airport if need be. It's basically IN the airport driveway, so going out for dinner or whatever might be a little inconvenient, but the hotel provided a list of restaurants that delivered, so we ordered to our room and were happy. We had a flight to catch the next day, and this place was perfect for a quick stay.

We decided to stay here for a quick trip to Florida. Previously had stayed at the motel next door but tried this one based on the better reviews. Place was clean enough staff was semi friendly definitely nothing over the top. The shuttle drivers were great. However, I purchased as a fly and park package but paid twice what I would have next door just for the room then was charged $80 for parking 4 nights!! All together I could have paid half the price to stay next door with everything included. Not impressed and will be staying next door to here, won’t mention the name but much better package and offerings.

If needed you could walk over to the airport. Shuttle was nice to have. Clean & quiet rooms. Staff that checked us in was outstanding. They offered parking if you were flying out and we thought it was reasonable per day and easy to do. We will stay again when we fly.

Our stay was great. Only complaint was on 3 occasions I was standing at reception desk waiting while another guest was being helped. After receptionist completed she walked behind wall and left me standing. Finally she returned and helped me. This must be a new customer service policy.

We were only there to sleep as we had a late flight and couldn’t get a rental car until morning. My only complaint is that the free shuttle ended at midnight so we had to take an expensive and ridiculously short ride to the hotel. The free breakfast was wonderful.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time, the staff was so nice and accommodating, the hotel was clean, the room was spacious.. everything about this hotel was awesome. Will stay again!

Besides McDonalds there are no restaurants around. Wish there was a restaurant in the hotel. Staff were great! Nice that they had a laundry too.
