麥加阿納西姆福朋喜來登飯店的評論

عندما نويت الخروج لصلاة الظهر طلبت من الاستقبال عبر الهاتف تنظيف ف الغرفه وخرجت حتى العاشرة مساء وعندما عدت وجدت الغرفه لم يتم تنظيفها وعند الاتصال بالاستقبال قال الموظف انه سوف يرى ماهي ا المشكله ووسوف يرسل موظف التنظيف وبعد انتظار ١٥ دقيقه لم يحضر موظف التنظيف عاودت الاتصال ولكن لم يتم الرد حتى نزلت لهم بنفسي فقال سوف أعطيكم غرفه نظيفه مجاوره وانتقلت إلى الغرفه مع العلم ان ابني قد نام لان الساعه ١١ هو وقت نومه وانتقلنا إلى غرفه مهجوره ومغبره وفي اليوم التالي حيث موعد خروجنا طلبت عربه حمل الامتعه ولم تحضر واضطررت لسحب الحقائب بنفسي

الفندق نظيف والمواقف متوفر والبوفيه متنوع ويوجد اللالعاب لأطفال

لم تكن تجربتي هذه المره مع فندق فوربيونتس بجيده حيث انه فندق جميل اتمنى الاهتمام في الامور الاسبانيه و في تفاصيلها

It is the best place everything is near to it Makkah and there is free transportation to Makkah

The attitude of the staff is just awful. They are not helpful. They are trying their best to make your stay as bad as possible.

Good Hotel but when you want to go to Haram then 2 hours early you need to take the shuttle bus because you need a transfer bus then walk to reach Haram Nearly 1 hour of any prayer close the gate to enter Haram inside the hall When you want to go back to the hotel from Haram you still need 1 hour The rooms are good the breakfast is very good the staff is also good

The room we were given was terrible,,the window was broken,,the phone was broken,,so we couldn't contact them for any services,, the carpets were filthy,,the bathroom was disgusting..we had to leave the room at midnight because we couldn't stay like that.

Located little far from Masjid ul Haram, but has bus every hour to there. But the price is good and you can take only room for cheap and take Breakfast for 45 rial per person. Near a lot of places in walking distance.

我訂的是一張大床和浴缸的房間，入住的時候還沒準備好，只有兩張單人床，沒有浴缸。幾個小時後我要求換到大床房，但還是沒有浴缸。最失望的是，電力完全沒了，短路了，等了將近1小時的技術人員來修。我打電話給接待員，值班經理沒有接聽，也沒有回應。電氣裝置不好，沒有絕緣，短路導致火花，工程技術人員給它絕緣了。希望這在未來會得到改善。第1182章

房間可以，早餐特別豐盛，各種各種的麪包，很好吃，還有各種飲品，餐廳環境可以，期待下一次，會繼續選擇的

حجزت غرفه كنق بس تفاجاءت لما وصلت غيروا الغرفه لسريرين وغرفه صغيره بالرغم من انه حجزي مؤكد وساحبين الفلوس
