The room was big it good for backpackers

房間一直沒有wifi，説了三次一直沒有解決，其他的中規中矩，餐廳不錯，包車司機大哥人也不錯。其他的自己品吧

Worst place we stayed in our entire 3-month journey. It’s old, smelly, dirty (also for Sri Lankan Standards). AC did not work properly. Looks nothing like in the pictures. We ordered our (in the rate included) breakfast at 7:30am (earliest possible) but when coming to the restaurant there was absolutely nobody. Also reception was empty. We tried to find someone (also searching in the kitchen which was utmost disgusting, so we were kind of glad we did not get food), but could not find anyone besides a housekeeper with zero English. We also could not ask for a discount for the non existent breakfast we paid for, because as said, nobody was at reception either so we just had to leave. Believe me, don’t. ever. go.

We stayed here as a 1 night stopover whilst back packing south to Ella. The staff were friendly and check in was very quick and easy after a long drive which was great. The room was fairly basic but had everything we needed. The air con wasn't working so the staff were quick to move us to another room which we really appreciate. In terms of the surroundings it is a few minutes walk from Kandy train station which was perfect for us. The only negative for us was that the room did not have any proper windows, and there were curtains covering a glass wall which would explain why we could hear voices as if they were very close by, so soundproof wasn't the best if you are a light sleeper! Overall this place was great for our needs.

This was the second time that we spent here and it has been amazing as always. The food was delicious the view was amazing and specially eventhough it is located ryt in the city there are no noise disturbances and is very peaceful for a getaway. Higly recommended.

Kandy City Stay is the perfect choice for anyone visiting Kandy. Highly recommend... friendly staff and worth to the money spend. The facility is well maintained. Specially Thanks for Mr. Chanaka...😍 he was very helpful, friendly and polite. I had a great time in Kandy. The view from the roof top restaurant is a spectacular view of the mountains and town. Delicious Food..... Thank You Kandy City Stay.......... 😍

Останавливались в отеле на одну ночь. Все прошло хорошо, а номерах чисто отель соответствует описанию, из минусов только железная дорога под окнами. При выезде из номера забыл ноутбуке в номере. Менеджер отеля смог найти меня и вернуть забытую вещь в последний момент, очень признателен за такое хорошее отношение к клиентам. Всем могу рекомендовать данный отель и его отзывчивый персонал, спасибо вам ещё раз!

We stay 2 nights. It's located best place kandy mountain view. Near to Dalada Maligawa. Delicious 😋 food. Special I want to mention chef Chanaka. All staff very friendly clean room. This is the best place to stay if you plan to visit kandy. And they have best restaurants THE WIHIZZ.

非常糟糕的經歷，房間很髒，氣味難聞，迷你吧壞了，不能用，裡面有很多螞蟻，到處都是黴菌，看不到風景，沒有窗戶，所有的牆都是木頭的，所以你可以聽到其他房間的一切，服務很差而且這些東西無法與每個試圖將您傳遞給另一個人的人進行溝通，他們提供假號碼，並且接待處是空的。

Отель очень красивый и стильный. Полностью соответствует фото. Рекомендуем просить комнату 103 с панорамными окнами и обалденным видом на зелёные холмы города. Отель довольно хорошо расположен. До Храма Зуба Будды можно дойти пешком. На пятом этаже в ресторане с панорамным видом подают очень вкусную еду. Снизила оценку за огромных тараканов в номере. К счастью, у нас был с собой Раптор, который отлично с ними справляется, но встреча с ними была крайне неприятной.
