Nous avons séjourné une nuit à l'hôtel Sapa Garden Hotel. L hôtel est très propre et la chambre très grande. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une vue sur les montagnes. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et nous donnent de bonnes adresses. Vous pouvez demander à réserver vos tickets de bus pour repartir. Un grand merci.

사파의 호텔은 대부분 오래되고 방음이 안되는건 그냥 무조건 감안하셔야 해요. 싸던 비싸던 똑같아요. 여기는 사장님이 너무 친절하셨고 인테리어도 고즈넉해서 좋았어요. 호텔 컨디션도 깨끗했고 가격대비 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 사파에서 제일 마음에 드는 숙소였어요.

직원분이 너무 친절하게 잘 챙겨주셔서 감사했습니다. 조식도 좋았고, 아침에 일어나서 아침 산을 보는 것은 정말 좋았습니다. 가는 길에 끝까지 마중 나오셔서 마지막 인사까지 정말 좋았습니다.

Stay for vacation here for 5 days 4 night, this hotel is simple and very clean, the service is excellent, i would definitely go back to this hotel. Only walking distance to sapa station if you want to go fansipan, location is good near restaurants, and local activities. If you go to sapa, better stay at this hotel.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay in the Sapa Garden Hotel. The rooms were great with great views and the hotel is within walking distance of the lake and the central areas of Sapa. The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. They organised two tours for us. The first was a half day tour to a minority village. Out tour guide was Hope who was an exceptionally good guide. Hope was also our guide for a one day trip to the Hac Ba market. It took about two hours to get to the market and the mountain views were fantastic. The market itself was also very interesting. We had a great lunch with a minority family and then travelled to a minority village where visited some residents and saw their houses. I recommend our tour guide, Hope, very strongly: She was knowledgeable, informative and friendly. Hope was also a member of a minority group in Vietnam

We travelled to Sa Pa with family to visit the town and tribal villages. Our guide Hope was great - very knowledgeable and patient and helpful. The first was a half day tour to a tribal village and we had an really delicious meal with a family Her English was excellent and on the second tour we went to the markets - which was very interesting

An excellent experience. The hotel is ideally situated, very close to the centre but set back from the bustle and noise. Rooms are spacious, well equipped bathroom, comfortable beds and a view across the town (mist permitting!) Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast is superb. Mr Tom gives expert advice and information, arranges trips and travel. (He even drove me free of charge to catch my late night bus!) All in all a 'hidden gem'; highly recommended.

Great place to stay when you visit Sapa. During our stay the service was excellent, very detailed. Rooms are spacious with great Wi-Fi, air conditioning (you need, as at night could be a bit cold). Very clean. Great breakfast. If I ll come back to Sapa, I ll stay again at Sapa Garden hotel

One of my best stays. in 4 months on my motorbike tour in Vietnam ( 6000 km ), great view of the town , very friendly and helpful stuff and very, very quiet . Owner Hung Tom a former tour leader and manager has many valuable tour suggestions.

Friendly staff - we appreciated the assistance in organising day trips

This is a four star review for a two night stay. This is a good hotel with inconsistencies that can easily be fixed. The largest disappointment came from being refused late checkout in a hotel that was very empty (housekeeping leaves all the rooms open as they clean them, and we were practically the only guests in the hotel). The hotel manager gave no logic for refusing late checkout but did offer us tea and to use a shower after checkout. Room: Had a soft and comfortable bed, a safe, balcony, and fridge. The room itself was a five star room, however the bathroom had a dirty towel folded up as if it was clean when we arrived. See attached photo. This was a nasty surprise but can be easily avoided as this was a very clean hotel otherwise. Toiletry bottles were mini and not full.The hair drier in 302 did not work and is dangerous as it heats up and short circuits because the fan function within it is not working. Basically a toaster. Breakfast: Highlight of the property. Had the chicken noodle soup both mornings with very fresh fruit. Eggs also an option. Area: Good spot which is up the hill away from the main ***** leading to more quiet but also more walking to get to things. Close to Sapa Station. Our tour guide explained Sa Pa is a town developed in the last 10 years to exploit the neighbouring indigenous areas and mountains. Would stay in the mountains next time for a more authentic experience. Value: one of our more expensive stays

5 of us Indians stayed in Sapa Garden Hotel from 14 October to 16 October 2022. This place is a small hotel/home stay and is a GEM. PROS: 1) Very clean and excellent Rooms and bathrooms. 2) 5 minutes walk to the center of town. 3) Excellent breakfast ( No buffet but with options ) and they replaced the items which we thought were not up to the mark or did not suite our taste buds at no extra cost. 4) Small open space where we could relax and have our drinks. 5) One afternoon they let us use their kitchen to cook Indian food. They even picked up free range chickens for us and the Hotel cook was kind enough to cut and marinate the chickens according to our instructions. 6) The owner/manager and her staff were very friendly and very very helpful. The staff were kind enough to go to town and get us food and medicines. 7) Staff can understand and speak basic English which is very helpful in Vietnam. CONS: Surprising NIL. Our group have traveled extensively and we found that the best of Hotels have some drawback or the other but for the first time all 5 travelers did not find any drawback.
