Excellent location, friendly helpful staff clean bathroom with robes and slippers stunning views

Excellent service with kind and professional staff. Very comfortable room, however some of the cupboards looked a little older which didn’t match with the rest of the room. For those who are more superstitious, bear in mind that the hotel is next to a churchyard. Great location within walking distance to underground stations and the Tower of London. Was a very comfortable stay.

I will definitely stay again. Nice staff, delicious breakfast and a very good location.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. The service from everybody we encountered was perfect. Would highly recommend and return when visiting London again.

Top notch hotel with lovely well equipped rooms and service to match. A real gem in the heart of London next to tourist attractions and the Financial centre.

酒店很乾淨，看上去挺舒服，前台小哥很帥～還送了可愛的小鴨子！房間大小一般，可以打開兩個行李箱。位置在四季酒店後面，走到tower of London 不用10分鐘，附近吃的也多。

Clean hotel, polite service, in a great location for exploring the areas around the bridges. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate area. Recommended.

酒店位置離塔橋不遠 地鐵走路五分鐘左右到達 房間不錯 但是衞生間的馬桶沖不了水 好在聯繫前台之後主動上來幫我查看

非常非常非常差勁的酒店，在倫敦住過這麼多家屬這家最垃圾，服務人員態度強硬得很，住在這裏還會丟東西，一羣小偷吧這些人，避雷避雷避雷，千萬別定這一家，誰定誰後悔
