地點很方便，距離新舊城區僅 5 分鐘路程，距離各個海灘也不遠。工作人員很友好，樂於助人。這家汽車旅館很舊，所以不要指望豪華的住宿，但房間大小不錯。我們在房間裡看到了一些巨大的蟑螂，一個接一個，所以有點害怕。如果有選擇的話我們會住在其他地方，因為我們的住宿費用每晚將近 300 美元。

我們有預付費預訂。當我們嘗試辦理入住時，他們自行決定要求無限制地使用我們的信用卡作為房間押金。這是荒謬和危險的，我提出支付他們公佈的條款中的現金押金，但他們拒絕了。我要求並當場退款。兩家汽車旅館的兩邊都更好，並且不會試圖向您收取空白支票房間押金。簡直是傲慢無禮的人。附近有更好的選擇。

大風車汽車旅館的預訂電話客戶服務人員很爭論，沒有對我的預訂負責，文書工作流程笨重且令人沮喪。當我深夜下班後到達時，客戶服務人員掛斷了我的電話，讓我支付了房費，但沒有任何解釋或保險箱密碼來取回房間鑰匙。經過多次嘗試回電後，CS 人員接電話只是爭論和粗魯，這讓我覺得我是問題所在。我從來沒有對服務和輕蔑的態度感到如此沮喪和憤怒，這讓我不確定在付款後經過漫長的深夜開車後是否有房間可以入住。還被告知我是她遇到過的最煩人的人。

Accessible room was completely flat, large bathroom with large grab rails around toilet very well suited to WC user. Whilst shower had plenty of room for shower chair, could have done with both additional grab rails in shower area as well as non slip mats for area around shower to assist in transferring to and from own chair from shower chair. Reception area not very well signposted, could do with additional accessible parking spot next to reception area, plus ramped access instead of single step into reception area. As an ambulant wheelchair user, I would definitely stay at The Big Windmill motel again and will recommend to all who ask

Disappointed with cleaning prior to our arrival - toilet was filthy. TV is on way out - picture was poor at best

The property is dated but priced reasonably. Cleanliness is not as good as can be, I nearly slipped heas over heels in the shoe because the floor was slimy as soon as the water hit it. Too much soap residue either from cleaning products or not being cleaned properly, not sure which but i had to use a floor mat in the shower for safety.

Typical rundown motor inn; the photos definitely make it look less worn out than it is. The mattress needs to be replaced and so does the couch. I wouldn't have been disappointed if it were cleaner--the shower needed a soak with cream bleach or grout cleaner, and the shower curtain needed to be tossed; we showered with sandals because we didn't want to risk fungus. Vacuuming next to the walls and under furniture needs to be done more than what appears to be an annual attempt. Showing up to a counter literally lined up with roach traps to be placed in rooms was disturbing, but maybe if their doors to the outside sealed at the bottom this wouldn't be such an issue for them. The office hours are oddly restrictive, so if you're travelling outside of 'business hours' you'll need to call ahead.

Staff were lovely. Room needs a deep clean. There was a note to make sure washing up was done which is fine but nothing to wash up with. Iron and ironing board could do with updating - destroyed one of my tops. Room could also use new pillows. Plenty of room. Big tv.

It was clean with a comfy bed, a working tv and air con, and great water pressure and lovely hot water. Everything we needed at a very reasonable price. Thank you.

Convenient location along the highway but couldn’t hear the traffic noise inside. The room was clean and spacious with comfy beds. The staff were nice and welcoming. Overall, we had a great stay.

We were given a room far bigger than our needs because the staff thought it may be quieter for us. We appreciated this because it gave us more of a home feeling.

Das Motel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war das Restaurant geschlossen.

The Big Windmill staff were excellent. The wotif side of of the transaction not so good. It had not been passed on to the motel
