酒店還不錯，價格也便宜，雖然機場附近有點亂，但是晚上噪音不是很大。住了一晚，體驗不是很多。

當我們辦理入住時，前台告訴我們，在我已經支付了住宿費用後，我們必須支付「押金」。這個網站上並不清楚這一點，當我們問為什麼需要支付這筆費用時，前台人員說“如果我們願意，我們可以入住其他人”，這非常粗魯。房間充其量是沒有打理，有人在半夜在大廳跑來跑去大喊大叫。唯一的優點是位置就在機場對面，而且我們只預訂了一晚。

照片必須是20-30年前的。絕對不是廣告上說的那樣。酒吧關門了，餐廳除了早餐外也關門了。房間很小，從小床到淋浴時注滿的小浴缸，浴室很髒。我在房間裡發現了至少 2-3 個先前入住者的頭髮。

The property is in need of overhaul. There are too many things to list. on few things Pluming, air-condition thermostat, staff on vacation so they have no back up plan, no breakfast services, the shower water flow not working, the nobs are old, and not functional, is a shame because is a very good location. I booked two rooms, and we had to leave the property, my one old child got a cold due to cold room, at a temp, of 42 degrees, and the heater was not working. The technicians needs to be trained that do not leave unless the problem is resolved. The next day my family and I and our guest from Germany, waited for four hours to speak to the assistant manager. she was very nice, however the duty of care was not delivered to us. The hotel failed to act in a way that the care owed to my family and I. We had two days to stay and our guest lost the opportunity to visit, my child got sick, due to technician stated he will be back and he never did, and the hotels actions or lack of it, was the breach of delivering the service promised. Not fair.

This place is more like a Motel 6, maybe even less than that. I was “hotel catfished” for sure. This place is not as advertised on their or Expedia’s website. My linens were dirty, the curtains were all scratched up, the furniture was dirty. The check in staff was friendly but the check out staff (young lady) provided terrible service wouldn’t not even help me get my refund. I want all of my money back. No one should have to stay in such accommodations. This place is an embarrassment to the Orange County community.

Parking situation is the only major issue. Once you get a parking pass you have to take it to the front desk. If you dont, you are on the hook for $24 for just over an hour. They dont tell you this at check in so you have to repark, walk back to the front desk, which is not close and then back to your car again. Wasted 15 mins

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and accomodating. Our stay went well, no problems. Rooms as described with photos. Safe place. Rhe rooms were as described. We stayed in a standard double bed room. Did not know what to expect for bathroom, but it was updated and clean with a small shower. No fridge/no microwave. Room has A/C and heating unit - makes noise, but works well. No frills room, looks nice and has what you need. The beds are comfortable/clean sheets. Hotel self-parking is available, but not free. Great stay, would stay again.

All the updates are great, except what they didnt update. Very comfortablele bed. Nice bedding. The nice lady at check in was good, but at check out, I felt like I was an annoyance to the gentlemen to ask for my receipt. Ambiance is fantastic. Pool looks amazing. It was alright for the cost. Cant complain really.

Clean, very comfortable beds. The hotel itself is very large, and I got lost (did 2 loops around the building) trying to find the lobby twice. Keeping the map they give you at check-in handy would be helpful. Coffee in the lobby would be nice, otherwise there's a sit-down restaurant, but wasn't available early enough for us. Pool area is beautiful. The staff I interacted with were great. I did NOT like paying $24 for parking, so add that to what you think you'll be paying.

Very convenient location - 12 min. walking from the airport. Clean, mostly renovated. The only negative experience was their $12 continental breakfast. Very limited selection, really bad coffee and no water (juice and milk were the only drink options). Given a choice, avoid having a breakfast at the hotel

Pros- Safe and clean. A lot of parking, but it is $24 a night. Cons- Needs to be updated, very small showers. And was woken up very early by cleaning staff trying to get into our room (more than once) on a Saturday morning. Also very concerning, there was a bunch of dead honey bees by one of the backdoors. A least a hundred. They looked like they had been sprayed. So upsetting to see. Would stay again if others weren't available.

I’m not sure what was recently remodeled but it was not the whole hotel. They don’t have a restaurant onsite they have a microwave vending machine with all 100% gluten high carb foods. Besides the old musty smell I. The room, my stay was topped off with a rat running in front of me as I passed the pool
