Horrible place. Had bed bugs and didn't give me my money back for the entire amount. Do not stay here

Had an issue where flight from Sky Harbor got pushed to the next day, so was looking for a very last minute stay for one night until returnng to the airpot in the morning. Booked this quickly online as it was available and had a shuttle. Genuinely regret not taking a few additional minutes to peruse reviews as I normally would have or I would have doled out the extra money for a different stay. The room was dingy and gross (dirty scuffed walls, visible stains on the curtains and bedskirt) and the location and people milling about made me so uncomfortable I did actually go and ask for a refund about 30 minutes in. I was told since it was past 5 minutes he could only possible refund me 20% of my cost, and even then it would be up to the manager who would decide in the morning. I literally had sat in the room for like half an hour and didn't touch anything. And being so last minute, this absolute gross room already had cost me $200. I was frustrated and went back to the room to decide if it was worth losing $160. The cost for that room was absolute robbery. The only reason I sat in the room as long as I did was because there were men talking literally right outside my door loudly and crudely. Genuinely regret not just immediately leaving as soon as I got there. By the time I got back to the room, the people talking crudely outside had left and it had at least quieted down. Ultimately I did decide to stay as it would just be to sleep for a few hours and despite the walls and room itself looking nasty, the sheets themselves thankfully did appear clean (the one small and only redeeming aspect). I did literally push the desk in front of the door though to feel more secure in the room. Thankfully I also had earplugs to drown out the outside noise. The place was clearly kind of a sketchy hotbed, and noticed later in the lobby when checking out that there was a whole wall of people "evicted" or banned from 'renting' rooms. Not a good sign. I left the next morning basically as soon as I could by getting a Lyft somewhere else to get breakfast before returning to the airport. No shuttle was worth hanging around there killing time or longer than needed. Seriously, go elsewhere. Whatever cost difference is worth it.

This place is disgusting. Burn wholes in the blankets and beds. Stains on the curtains, no screen or lock on the bedroom window. Crack heads screaming in the property and wandering around. Nothing of this place was sleepable

Do not stay here. This hotel should be avoided at all costs. We booked through Trip.com based on reputation of Days Inn and pictures of the property. We prepaid for the room sight unseen because we were traveling. Once we arrived and saw the hotel and the surrounding area we did not feel safe and did not want to stay. The desk clerk said the pictures of the hotel have not been updated for 4 years. Room access is an outside door and we were concerned about theft or damage to our rental car. The manager refused ti give us a refund because we booked through Trip.com and the amount was prepaid.

I'm being generous with 2 stars. This room with taxes was $141 and SO not worth it. I arrived here late after my flight arrived and was quite tired. The lobby was locked as apparently only 1 person is allowed entry at a time. Fine, but it took the guy a while before he came over to unlock it. Then it took him quite a while to check me in with no offer of help to lug my suitcase up to the 2nd floor - no elevator. The room was poorly lit and just looked grungy in places. There is no light over the sink which is outside the bathroom, so it's very difficult to see yourself in the mirror, especially at night. One of the bulbs by the bed had no cover over it - just a bare bulb. Classy. The room just felt dingy and not at all cozy. There was a fridge but the freezer had not been cleaned properly and still had remnants of food from a prior guest. Ick. It was also pretty loud but I expected that so I had ear plugs, which I highly recommend. Outside the "lobby" were the soda and ice machines, neither of which I would use if I were dying of thirst. Both were filthy and the soda machine was melted in a couple places - seriously. DO NOT STAY HERE! The only good thing is that there's a shuttle from the airport, but I would not use that as my reason in the future. Use Uber and get an airbnb that allows late arrival. This place was a dump and not priced accordingly.

The place is a total DUMP! Trash is everywhere, piles and piles of trash. Bathroom is old, no hot water. Smells of **** and cigarettes. No breakfast. Pool is cold, dirty and piles of empty beer cans - not a kid friendly pool! THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS! We were there for two night and they didn't even step in the room in between, we have to spend the second night with the full trash bins. Not enough towels for 2 people! Wifi DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!! TV doesn't work, no channels!

One of the sketchiest hotels I've ever stayed in. Luckily, it was only for a few short hours before catching an early fight. The lobby was bare and dingy, about as welcoming as an abandoned bus station. The room reminded me of a beat up college dorm room. At least the beds & bathroom were clean. If not, we would have left. No free breakfast that I saw. I do not recommend this hotel unless you don't mind the shabby conditions in exchange for a cheap room.

I was forced to stay in Phoenix for one night due to missing my connecting flight the room was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned from the previous occupant there was even rubbish in the waste bin really terrible

Roach infested, if I wasn’t so tired I would have left. Roaches coming out of the crack in the ceiling. Absolutely filthy bathroom. Had a bottle of water in the car so I could brush my teeth. Will be filing a health department complaint. Manager on duty said that they would address it in the morning. But not acceptable. I Wyndham should be ashamed and embarrassed to label this as one of their properties.

When I arrived, no one was at the front. I had to wait 30 minutes in a really sketchy neighborhood for the front desk reception to come back and unlock the front. I had to sign a waiver stating I would owe a $100 fee if they had to call the cops on me OR if any violence happened on my account. Huge red flag. The room was filthy! There were blood stains on the mattress, all surfaces were sticky, dust and debris coated the baseboards and corners of the floor, and there was definitely too much evidence of bugs. I got a refund and left immediately. Front desk reception made an offhand remark that housekeeping doesn’t know how to do their job…

I would've rather paid more money somewhere else than what I did here to be in a dirty, unsafe area. The bathroom wasn't clean, the tub drain plug was broken, no pressure from the shower head, the heater /ac was broken, the breakfast was a sack breakfast with stuff I couldn't eat due to allergies, the receptionist seemed annoyed when asking questions, we smelled pot outside some of the rooms.

This place is basically a druggie flop house. It looks nothing like the online pictures. Scary people roaming about. At check in we had to provide ids for every occupant of the room, give them an extra swipe of our credit card for a damage deposit, and sign a long list of rules about not damaging the room. At least they’re trying. While we were checking in the desk clerk ran outside to chase a barefoot homeless man away from the airport shuttle. We wanted to go elsewhere but were afraid we wouldn’t be able to get our money back. The room was dirty and the bedspread in our nonsmoking room was covered with cigarette burns. The sheets looked clean and we didn’t see any bugs. We told ourselves it was only 12 hours until we would leave for the airport. We got no sleep and left ASAP in the morning.

The area was very unsafe. Clerk stated need both IDs in case something happens. Baseboards were dirty mold in the bathroom. Sink faucet was loose and board behind sink was falling down. Thought I heard gunshots through the night from the area near the topless bar. Hotel clerk almost got in a fight with a shoeless homeless guy. I’ll never use Says Inn again.

The staff was unpleasant. Local bums tried to break into our hotel room at night. Infested with roaches. No toiletries were given. Breakfast was stale and hard and in paper bags. Overall bad experience.
