Decent property at a reasonable price. My room had a lovely ocean view, but the property is right on the water, which is nice. Close to the ferry, a bit of a walk to the main downtown area, but scenic along the water. Would stay again if in the area

The rate i paid was the same as another hotel that was much nicer and had free breakfast. Very dissatisfied

Other then the fire alarm went off due to a sprinkler pipe broke , it was wonderful.

Easy to find, close to everything in the city, great water view. Definitely good value for a moderately priced hotel not a chain.

This is an older property. The carpeted outside walkways were filthy but the room was clean. Be aware there is no elevator here and even the ground level has several steps to climb. The area around the hotel is a mixture of new and rundown buildings. No frills here but convenient to ferry. The views of the water were a nice bonus.

Standard motel hotel. But the balcony and views are fantastic. Quiet side street near a couple great bars and cafes. The front desk was very helpful. The Wi-Fi worked. Hot water was good. The room was basic but fine. Even had chairs for the balcony. Fridge. Micro. Coffee maker

Beach view was wonderful. Clean. Manager yelling at staff in hallway LOUDLY was frustrating. Felt sorry for staff. 2nd night, on a Thurs, large party yelling, running, crashing items a few doors down.. until past midnight

My room and by extension I guess all the others had no room air conditioner. Since I was there first night of a four day extreme heat event, I was fortunate to be able to get a cross beeze by leaving my room door and window open. Today's hotter heat it might not suffice.

The room had a balcony that overlooked the bay, fun to sit out and watch wildlife - eagles, seals, and otters were spotted. Its about a mile to walk into town.

IT WAS HOT AND ROOMS DIDN'T HAVE A/C. WAS THERE TWO DAYS AND THE ROOM WASN'T TOUCHED BETWEEN DAY ONE AND DAY TWO.

This is a typical motor inn that's aging a bit but they have kept it up. It was clean not too noisy. The great part about this motel is its right on the water!

There is no elevator, and no breakfast, but the location can't be beat! Clean and nice room, even a balcony! Just right! I'll be back!

Nice property with a great view of Bay. Also table and bench to watch boats.

Loud people above us, very old and outdated. Stains on the sheets, floor filthy.
