海洋鑰匙溫泉度假飯店(Ocean Key Resort & Spa, a Noble House Resort)

Secluded location, yet convenient to Duval St and marina. Property has quaint Key West feel but larger then it looks. Staff was incredibly accommodating and pool drinks were excellent. Ocean front room was impressive. Nicely updated, spacious and comfortable. Cruise ships docked at neighboring property without obstructing any views from Ocean Key. Contrary to many reviews, local roosters were not at all an issue.

Pros; The place location is amazing, the room size perfect. Cons; they don’t clean good they just make the bed and leave everything else trash or floor dirty, staff customer service is zero no manners. I put a sign on the door to clean the room at 9:30 when we came back around 1pm the room bed was cleaned but nothing else bathroom floor dirty, around 5pm we were walking to our room and watching another lady entering the room we walked behind her to see what she was doing she actually just walking in the room doing nothing when I asked her she got surprised and said oh I’m sorry I don’t speak English and pretended she is changing trash while was zero trash in the room as was cleaned earlier anyway, *** we lost box of cigarettes I got as a gift for my husband ***** I asked the staff he said let me check as sometimes they save it somewhere - weird but sure then nope no answer, today morning before we checked out asked again another lady was at the front said let me check sometimes they feel it’s saver to put it in lost and found???? Really? I asked WHAT? She ignored me she said just give me your address and we will ship it later, while we waited for our Uber at 5am she asked us - hopefully you are waiting for your Uber not just sitting her - im little shocked again WHAT? The place really nice, the location amazing but really sad what we experienced. Customer service is zero. If you go there don’t bring any value items and don’t ask for room cleaning service.

Sensacional. O hotel fica exatamente na Duval St, na melhor localização. O por do sol a partir da piscina do hotel é fantástico. Quarto muito espaçoso e confortável.

Loved all of the decor! The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall and the initial drink “rum punch” made at the bar was not good at all. But all of the employees that we came in contact with were amazing! April who works at the pool bar was fantastic!!!

This is a great hotel in the heart of Key West. The staff is great and very accommodating. Most major attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The property was very clean with a great pool and a sunset view off the pier. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and it had an amazing view of the ocean. We were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary and will absolutely go back.

I felt I got robbed by paying $750 a night for a hotel that should really be a 3 star at most or cost less than $200. Our room was on the second tower only accesible by going out to the back parking lot where trash containers are located alongside a pile of card boxes and trash bags. The bathroom sink was cracked and paint was peeling off some doors. We paid for an upgraded room with partial ocean views but that was away on the horizon after a busy road. Some of the decor is tasteful but the building itself is old. The only nice thing is their recently remodeled pool and the roosters wake-up call. Save yourself some $$$ and look elsewhere

Exceptionally clean rooms. Great dining at the Hot Tin Roof. Loved the ocean front views from the balcony. Staff was great. Always willing to go the extra mile for guests. Pool area was great.
