I recently stayed at Vivanta Colombo Airport Gardens and had a mixed experience. The pool area is absolutely fabulous, offering a great place to relax. The food exceeded my expectations, with wonderful flavors and a good variety. The staff were notably attentive, contributing positively to the overall experience. However, the pricing felt a bit steep for what was offered, especially given the disappointing room view which was just overlooking buildings, contrary to the picturesque images advertised. Additionally, the terms and conditions were confusing and poorly written, potentially disadvantaging guests. A word of advice: skip the pricey airport shuttle service, which costs 4000 Sri Lankan rupees, and opt for an Uber or PickMe ride, which you can get for around 500 rupees.

我們帶着孩子一日遊，來到了科倫坡機場花園網關酒店，我們從一到達酒店，就得到了很好的服務。Avishek先生會盡全力讓我們感覺賓至如歸，而且也很關心我們。中餐廳的氣氛真的很不錯，中國主廚Buddika製作的菜品都很美味。也特別感謝主廚Uresh，感謝照顧我們。我們一定會再來的。

We are currently staying at Vivanta and will be checking out tomorrow evening before leaving to the Airport and I must say that we have had a wonderful time thus far. The food was amazing at the restaurant as well as room service . The staff at the restaurant are so polite, friendly, attentive and interactive with the guests, it was refreshing to see as we're locals and we've not experienced good customer service from hotels we've been to thus far. A special mention about the hospitality received from Chef Noel and Ms Chathuri, so caring and polite. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are so clean and I know the rest of our stay will be nothing short of spatacular. Good luck to all and thank you for the complementary cake!

Chaturi and kasim offered a very good customer service. We enjoyed our delicious seafood platter and fruity beverage. We surely recommend this hotel and restaurant. Thank you so much. Amazing service and friendly staff

**Besuch im Vivanta Airport Garden Hotel – Ein kulinarisches Erlebnis** Mein Mann und ich hatten das Vergnügen, heute zum Mittagessen im Vivanta Airport Garden Hotel zu speisen, und wir waren von der Erfahrung begeistert. Das Buffet bot eine exzellente Auswahl an Speisen, die alle frisch und äußerst ansprechend präsentiert wurden. Die Qualität und die Vielfalt der Gerichte haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir Herrn Noyel Karunarathne, dem Pastry Chef, aussprechen. Die Nachspeisen waren einfach himmlisch und haben unseren Gaumen verzaubert. Auf den besonderen Wunsch meines Mannes hin wurde uns sogar ein zusätzliches Dessert serviert, was den ausgezeichneten Kundenservice unterstreicht, den das Hotel bietet. Wir möchten dem gesamten Team des Vivanta Airport Garden Hotels danken, das unseren Besuch zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht hat.

Wir verbrachten unsere erste Nacht in Sri Lanka in diesem guten und sauberen Hotel. Das schmackhafte und abwechslungsreiche Lunch-Buffet wirkte sehr einladend. Das Service-Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der liebenswerte "Pastry Chef" Noyel Kanurarathne zauberte uns sogar ein Willkommens-Dessert auf den Teller! Auch die Auswahl am Abendbuffet war lecker und die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant, an der Bar, sowie das Personal am einladenden Pool waren sehr nett. Die Anlage befindet sich an einem ruhigen und grünen Ort um sich gut zu erholen.

My recent stay at Vivanta Airport Garden Hotel in Colombo was nothing short of exceptional. Duty managers Chaya and Chamika provided outstanding service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Kudos to security officers Sujeeva and Akalanka for maintaining a secure environment without compromising on warmth and friendliness. The hospitality of the entire staff was commendable, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. The rooms were a haven of cleanliness and comfort with plush beds, and the delicious Sri Lankan cuisine served at the hotel's restaurant added a delightful touch to my stay. Beyond the rooms, the hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The pool was a refreshing escape, the gym facility well-equipped for a workout, and the massage spa provided a perfect way to unwind after a day of travel or exploration. For those prioritizing proximity to Bandaranayake International Airport, Vivanta Airport Garden Hotel is undoubtedly the best choice. Overall, a highly recommended destination for travelers seeking both comfort and convenience in Colombo.
