First, this hotel is useless for international arrivals or departures: you have to get a separate shuttle bus from international to domestic, since they only pick up/drop off there. Location is dubious: reception told me not to go to the gas station myself at about 9 on a Friday night. Hotel itself is good enough, breakfast kinda basic. The carpet in the corridors looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 50 years. Other than that, ok.

Price was good and the hotel is old. Place could use some renovations. Close to airport and interstate but its near a rough area of College Park. I didn't mind it by myself but would never stay there with my family.

I didn’t like the fact that they say continental breakfast when there was seriously just a few bagels and muffins. I also wanted to ask for more shampoo since it was 4 of us and there was no number for us to call front desk.

They have this sign up in the breakfast area stating not to leave the area with food. However you have refrigerator and microwave in the rooms where you are able to eat all day in the rooms so why is a paying customer not allowed to leave the area. It’s only seems like the guy that very old ( housekeeper)that looks mean all day everyday has a problem with it. When the only thing they offer for breakfast is a waffle n yogurt n danishes. So why is this not allowed to be brought to your room.

This property is in decent shape considering it is an older building. The rooms were clean and the bathroom updated. The common areas were worn, but clean. The only thing not as expected was the breakfast. The waffle mix was thick and would not fill the cup, the bagels were stale, they had boiled eggs and 3 packs of grits. There was fruit... 2 oranges and one apple. Calling it a sp**** selection would be generous.

I really enjoyed my stay; it was a last-minute booking due to missing my flight. But it was affordable, and the facilities were nice. Nice room and anything I needed assistance with they were able to help me. Even providing me with a late checkout. Very nice staff, friending, knowledgeable, and very helpful 10/10

Rooms were clean and stocked nicely. Hotel was clean and felt safe and secure. Older property in Atlanta, but still felt good for an overnite stay with my family. Had a little issue at check in where rooms were not available due to other not checking out on the day they were supposed to. But after some discussions with the gentlemen at front desk, he was able to find a room and make sure it was ready for us within 5 mins.

We walked up and the shuttle driver was sitting in the shuttle van with the door open smoking right at the front door. Check in was fine, room wasn’t bad though it was a little dirty. Went to go check out around 3am to catch a flight and the guy at the front desk couldn’t even out his cell phone down to speak to us.

This was my first time visiting for the Chris Brown concert and I needed somewhere at last minute and budget friendly. The free breakfast was a bonus and house keeping was amazing. I will be booking with them again next time I come down here.

The bedding was stained. I asked for clean bedding, the response was "the manager won't be in until 12:30 am. I asked the front desk for clean bedding. Thè complimentary breakfast was empty by 7:45 am. No waffle batter, no fruit and yogurt.

The property itself is safe. There are also a few good places to eat. However, it’s in a transient area and precaution when leaving the property should be taken.
