Room smelled like cigarettes. Half the lamps were broken. AC made a horrible noise all night.

This the second year of an annual event that we have stayed here it seems that since last year not much care has been given to the rooms.

Booked room with 2 double beds, was told they only had 1 king bed room available but could put a rollaway in, never got rollaway. Room had pull out couch when I opened it, the mattress had mold on it. Floors were dirty, turned our feet black from walking barefoot.

The gal that checked is in was extremely professional and kind. We overall enjoyed our stay with the exception of the heating system-it was SO LOUD and hard to sleep.

The stay was horrible. The room had an oder. The pillows were lumpy. The sink handle was lose and no cold water in it. The bath tub could have been cleaner. I will never stay there anymore.

My spouse could not rise up from the toilet; some handicaped. She needed also handicap bars to pull herself up/ I found it to be too low also.

Keys didn’t work. No hot water. Sink was leaking into the floor. No remote for the tv. The hairdryer literally exploded in my hand. The desk clerk working was rude and made no effort to remedy the situation. I can’t recommend anyone stay here and I will never stay there again.

I stood in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting for someone to come to the desk to check me in when I arrived. When she came to the desk she told me I owed a $100 cash deposit, there was no earlier mention of any deposit. The bathroom had holes in the wall an paint splatter all over the floor. The room smelled like ****.

Staff was amazing! However upon booking with Travelocity, when I arrived to the hotel to check in I was informed I’d have to pay $100 cash deposit to book. I was unaware of this when booking with Travelocity. There was no indication on the website. The room was okay. The door did not shut all the way. The curtains fell when I tried shutting them. There was toilet paper stuck in the peephole of the door. Personally we did not arrive untill 4 in the morning and housekeeping was already knocking on our door at 9am (twice) when our check out was at 11.

Staff was pleasant and the bed was comfortable, but the room was in disrepair and needed a thorough cleaning. The hotel was starting renovations so it might be improved for other visitors.

Location was near restaurants. No where to hang business clothes. Bathroom cramped. Room was unclean upon check in. Had to put a cash deposit because I booked online. Not enough towels, toilet seat was broken.

CHECK IN WAS A DISASTER! Three times I had to walk back to the desk, because our room key did not work. Makala, the woman on duty made a new key each time. Each time it did not open our room. We got in when she was finally able to open the door with a master key. But after unpacking our suitcase, she came back with a new key which still didn't work so we were told we couldn't stay in that room. Packing up our things, we waited to find out where our new room would be. For over 15 minutes we could not find either of the staff anywhere on the premises. Both were AWOL. Isaiah, the young man on duty, finally showed up and took us to another room. He said it was an "upgrade" for the inconvenience, but it was not accessible like our original reservation. BUT, there was no key! We waited for almost an hour before speaking with Makala about getting a key. She was borderline rude and said we should just go to dinner and she would have a key for us when we returned. That was not an acceptable response. She claimed she had other guests to check on, something about making sure of their safety, whatever that meant. We did go have dinner and when we went to the lobby, Makala saw us and slapped a key on the counter right away, along with a little chuckle, like everything was OK.

Property is very dated. When we checked in the key would not open the door. Went down to desk she gave me the House keeping key and said try this. Had to call again and she said she would be up. Took us to another room. She left and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Called down and she said you can come get some. We ask for 2 more towels and she said she couldn’t give us anymore. Fleas in bathroom, floors were dirty. The only good thing was beds were comfortable and the shower had hot water and good pressure. Other than that it was horrible. I would never stay there again and I would not recommend it.

We booked this.property through *******. When we arrived the front desk lady was nice. When we got to our room it had a smell, once we in and looking around the fire alarm kept chirpping that loud high putched noise every few minutes. We called the front office and she said there was no maintenance staff to look at it, we asked for batteries to see if we could fix it and we were told they did t know where they were and hung up on us. I then approached the front office and was told I could not have a manager or contact information or a refund because she was not authorized, we asked to switch rooms and she again said she was not authorized. We knew we would not be able to sleep and just did not feel comfortable there. As of today they still refuse to refund our money due to it being a prepaid room. Highly not recommend this place to stay.
