Great Location, close to Santa Maria Novella Station. Everything walking distance. On arrival we were happy with the vibe of hotel. Staff were very helpful& friendly. Our Room ( triple ) was a really nice size room. Bathroom spacious and shower had good pressure . Included Breakfast was lovely, a lot to choose from. The lady who worked on the kitchen every morning deserves a mention, really lovely.

Great location near to the train station and also to restaurants and shops. We had a privilege room with balcony which was a really large room. There was a balcony but it is set back so you couldn't actually look over the side. The bathroom was a good size and had a lovely shower. The bed was comfortable and the room was well cleaned. We also were given free water and fruit juice, as well as a nespresso machine. The only negatives in the room were that the furnishings were well worn in places and TV only had one channel which was BBC World news. The breakfast was really disappointing, we came down 1.5 hours before it ended and there was very little left- a couple of bits of bread, 3 bits of sausage and some fruit salad. We waited for more to come out but the only thing to come out was a very dry chocolate cake. I would recommend going for breakfast at one of the many restaurants nearby.

The staff at Leone Blu were professional, personable and very accommodating. Anastasia and her team made sure that all details were perfectly executed to welcome guests and to ensure that the wedding accommodations for our son were perfect. A stay at Leone Blu is not just a hotel experience, but a journey through time in one of Italy's most enchanting cities. 房間枱子枱燈都是沒有打掃的灰塵，感覺不舒服，和他們樓層負責人説了，他就拿快布來擦。我説可以換個打掃過的房間嗎？他説沒有，房間都是這樣灰塵的。無語。衹能自己打掃更多地方。坐了近17個小時跨國界的火車。還要自己打掃衞生。

酒店就在火車站旁邊走路5分鐘，真的是非常方便。 雖然是4星，但房間其實不算太大，衞生打掃狀況還行，就是翻地毯的時候看到有好幾衹螞蟻有點不太好，其他的都ok。 房間有有拖鞋，牙刷之類的沒看到有，也沒有提供飲用水，需要付費從mini bar購買。 晚上的時候碰上熱水壞了，第二天10點多臨近退房才洗上澡，可以説體驗有點糟糕了。 早餐供應還可以，品種挺豐富，味道中規中矩。

Hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of the main attractions. From Florence Airport it is a short ride on the tram and then a few minutes walk to the hotel. Both the train and bus station are also only a few minutes walk away. Hotel staff are excellent - both at reception and in the restaurant. We had the buffet breakfast each morning and all the usual items you would expect to see were there - both hot and cold. We opted for a smaller room which was on the 2nd floor facing out the rear of the hotel There was no exterior noise. Room was good and had a very comfortable bed. The mini bar contained snacks and drinks such as coke, health drinks all of which was free. Our favourite restaurant was a 5 minute walk - Antica Trattoria Il Giardino dal 1939 located at 61 Via della Scala. Tip - they offered discounts for certain time bookings online. Food and service excellent.
