MM222337****酒店屬於小而美，服務人員熱情周到，房間非常大，有客廳和卧室，早餐的話食物都是偏冷食，中國胃可能不一定能適應。温馨提示，開車的話，酒店入口是在停車場門口，注意看路牌。

1. 前台的男孩子服務專業親切，可惜忘記問名字了，就在我圖片中！讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺，雖然前幾天米蘭柏悦也很不錯，但這家酒店的服務更有家的感覺
2.房間設施非常非常新且乾淨，床品很舒服，送的水果和夜床服務滿分，看到我們喝完一瓶水也主動加了！
3. 酒店lobby的餐廳非常非常好吃！和米其林餐廳是同一個廚師，如果追求口味和性價比，lobby足以。
4. 如果有機會再來佛羅倫薩，這家酒店我一定會再多住幾晚！

YYunyoudebaobao居住感受中的優缺點在下文一起談論下:
1.酒店位置遠離塵囂 比較幽靜 這就意味着去到市區比較折騰～上午會有3趟Shuttle Bus 下午也會有3趟送達市區入口 當然下午也有3趟返程（酒店收取€2.50/次乘坐）。
房間隔音效果較差~有時候甚至會有點吵。
這家酒店位置有點偏～出門去市區如果打車的話 基本在€23-€35 [這個區間的價格我都有打到過 火車站（新聖母瑪利亞車站）到酒店是€32-€35 市區到酒店在€23-€32區間]
2.酒店有個小食吧/酒吧（Snack Bar）漢堡價格很高, 我到達那天由於趕火車的原因一天沒吃東西～點了個漢堡€20歐/個 提拉米蘇€10/份～當時上菜的速度真的超級超級慢。正餐餐廳&早餐是同一個用餐地點——晚餐的菜單選擇比較少且價格較貴 不推薦。我是因為獨自旅行 所以幾頓晚餐都是回酒店吃的（怕在外逗留太晚不安全）。
3.前台服務總體還不錯。有問必答。
4.酒店封面那個泳池是沒有的（拆了好久了）我當初很大程度上也是被泳池吸引, 選了這家酒店。不過露天的院子裏現在有個瀑布可以觀賞。
5.如果不自駕的話 不建議大家選這家入住 因為出行交通不便 基本繞不開打車的需求 除非每天的行程完全按照Shuttle Bus的接送時間走。當然～有米不在乎那點錢的老闆們請隨意～

MMarcos 305Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible.
Check-in & First Impressions
The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect.
One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues.
Room & Comfort
I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning.
The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily.
One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets.
Breakfast Experience
The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right.
The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location
The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city.
One Minor Issue
The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable.
Final Thoughts
Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive.
Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

1）我的預訂資訊在系統裡找不到。所以我不得不等了將近一個小時才拿到房間，當時已經快晚上10點了。
2）飯店告訴我隔天早上要聯絡trip.com諮詢預訂事宜。不過，trip.com的客服人員非常盡責，隔天早上就幫我解決了這個問題。
3）房間裡的電話壞了。我外出的時候叫前台去修，結果回來發現電話還是壞的。所以每次需要服務都得自己去前台。

MMaria MD非常棒的住宿體驗！開車10分鐘就能到佛羅倫斯市中心的停車場。孩子們很喜歡這裡，他們已經厭倦了飯店，而這間小屋非常漂亮，周圍有很多家庭，還有露營車、遊樂場、商店、游泳池和洗衣房。
小屋超乾淨，一塵不染，可能是全新的。工作人員非常高效，井井有條。我們預訂的是高級房型，但對一個家庭來說，房間本身就不算大。床單和毛巾乾淨無塵，所有被子都密封在袋子裡，看起來像是乾洗過的，非常新鮮。餐具、炊具和刀叉一應俱全。兩間房間都有空調、蚊帳，水壓和熱水供應都很充足。
工作人員非常友善周到。我們晚上很晚才辦理入住，這對我們來說是個加分項，因為我們早上看到辦理入住的隊伍很長。
