很棒的酒店。地理位置優越,可到達大多數景點。愉快的入住,可以聲明所有工作人員都非常友好和樂於助人。提供的令人驚歎的房間(免費升級)。小廚房,帶休息區,大臥室,舒適的牀和枕頭。大浴室,帶大型水療浴缸。我強烈推薦入住這家酒店。

Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

Novella 車站和公車站非常完美。 早餐是四星級標準，而且我在 3 家不同的酒店吃過的食物味道都差不多，所以沒什麼好抱怨的。 缺點：淋浴水壓真的很小，房間裡的加熱器不工作，第一晚的體驗結束後，第二天早上我們問前台是否可以幫我們檢查一下，但結果發現淋浴水壓真的很小，如果測量值從最低 1 到最高 5，那麼水壓肯定是 1。所以我們不確定他們是否派人來檢查，但有一點可以肯定，在那之後他們再也沒有更新過，加熱器開關仍然和我投訴之前一樣。真的很冷。 有一天晚上大約 7 點到 8 點，因為酒店實際上位於一條小巷裡，而且有點暗，所以有一個人可疑地跟著我們，我們幾乎是跑回酒店，當我們跑的時候，他也加快了速度，所以最好不要獨自走回酒店，這真的很可怕。 總體而言，位置和早餐都很好。我認為服務有待改進。

在佛羅倫薩住了兩家旅館、這家算是正規便捷酒店，但房間過於狹小、早餐很一般，相比較而言更推薦另外一家家庭旅館。同樣都在火車站五分鐘路程 優點是地點很好，火車站對面一個小廣場邊上，多晚回來都害怕。到各個景點都很近、出門右轉往巷子裏走就是中央市場和教堂、樓下還有中餐廳奶茶店

度假感滿滿的營地，非常推薦自駕來佛羅倫薩的朋友入住，去市區坐公交車很方便，營地前台就有賣車票。營地在攜程的照片太謙虛了，實際上有三個大泳池，小朋友們玩得可嗨了，營地的餐廳也很不錯，還配備超市。

新開的酒店不在老城裡麪比較安靜，但是離景點也有一點距離，走路要十幾分鍾… 但是附近非常多吃飯的餐廳，選擇很多。酒店服務態度不錯但就是…慢。房間很寬敞，尤其是浴室，床品和浴品都非常舒服，最重要是新！一切東西都很新所以住着很舒服。雖然是改造了200年歷史的宅子，但是非常光亮且窗户都用了兩層雙層隔音玻璃，安靜得… 與世隔絕。早飯選擇還算豐富，但是單獨購買需要35歐性價比有點差。

最美麗、安靜寧靜的地方,自助早餐很棒,景色令人歎爲觀止,工作人員走過去,謝謝Andrea,其他客人友好,每個人都很開心。喜歡它想回來更長的住宿。游泳池也不錯
