東珀斯套房飯店(East Perth Suites Hotel)

The view from my balcony is amazingly beautiful! We had the drain issue outside the balcony floor, water flooded for three days but no one bothered to visit and repair it until we requested for. And the maintenance guy came saying that we were not in the room for days so he couldn't get in! This is totally nonsense and unacceptable and his way of service was very rude. The cleaners were not do their job properly, trash was still in the bin in the toilet and kitchen, our bed was never made or changed the sheet and blankets..They were super lazy, it seemed. We were so busy with meeting friends and family on our visit so we had to ignore it. We consider that the cost to stay here was very expensive but the service was not worth at all so we will never want to stay here again. Really bad experience that we had with this hotel.

Es war eine sehr schöne Gegend und tagsüber ruhig. Da in der näheren Umgebung 2-3 Restaurants und Bars sind wird es am Abend und am Wochenende sehr lebhaft.

The hotel itself was great, couldn't fault it. rooms were clean, roomy, and had everything that was needed. the only problem was the room we had was above a very noisy restaurant / pub that went through to after 12 midnight. very loud and no reception to try and help. like i said hotel suites are great ..noise issue bad

The place is very central to all places. The staff was really friendly, John, Debbie and Sally are all very accommodating. Definitely will stay here again. Shame I didn't know about the Superior Suites that overlooks the lake.

It was clean, had parking although was extra $, felt safe, shower was great , bed comfortable had microwave fridge& kettle.

Great little location near the water and parks. The property itself could do with a renovation: the place looks newer on the website. Room was a touch musty upon entering.

Had to wait half an hour after check in time, we didn't actually stay in the hotel building but another building which was never mentioned. Needs a proper clean, mould and stains in bathroom plus a stain in the bed.

Very quiet, after hours staff extremely helpful Rooms as expected neat and tidy with good amenities
