ไม่ค่อยสะอาดมีกลิ่นอับนิดหน่อย พนักงานสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษแบบ งง ๆ ที่ตั้งอยู่ในหลืบในซอยที่มีทางเข้าขรุขระ สระว่ายน้ำเหมือนไม่ค่อยได้รับการดูแลเท่าที่ควร

The staff are super nice and friendly, the location is pretty good about 5 minutes walk to the river, the hotel super clean and quiet but wifi doesn’t work that good sometimes is run off.

Bellissima struttura… le camere sempre pulite e con aria condizionata, la piscina bellissima e fondamentale per rilassarsi dopo i tour nei templi di Angkor . La colazione ottima ed il personale sempre sorridente e gentile. Un grazie speciale al proprietario SamSo e famiglia… se tornerò in Cambogia, sicuramente fisserò nuovamente un soggiorno presso SamSo boutique Villa.

La Butique Villa è molto bella e curata. Camere pulite, ottimi servizi messi a disposizione come delivery e guida Italiana per le visite. Personale gentile e professionale. Sam So e sua moglie sono due persone speciali, hanno dato ancora più valore al nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Ottima la piscina.

Très bon hôtel, les chambres sont grandes avec un trèsgran lit très confortable,avec les toilettes séparés, la douche et spacieuse 🤩,il y a un petit dressing . La propreté, les services, le personnel, tout est là pour passer des vacances merveilleuses 😍. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est calme et pas loin du centre et des marchés. Je le recommande vivement 🥰🥰🥰

Un hôtel plus que familial, tout le staff sera aux petits soins pour vous. Sel sotheavy vous aidera dans vos recherches et s'occupera de tous vos déplacements, son mari Sam So est un excellent guide. Le matin vous aurez droit à un très bon petit déjeuner. Un hôtel qui vous donnera entière satisfaction. Je vous le recommande fortement.

Personale gentilissimo, pulizia e ospitalità.il proprietario e la moglie sono due persone fantastiche e parlano benissimo italiano. Esperienza bellissima. Il residence ha anche una piscina salata super rilassante, soprattutto dopo una giornata molto calda 😃

Très bon hôtel, chambres spacieuses agréable, jolie piscine et bien sûr un personnel très accueillant et très à l écoute, reflétant parfaitement la mentalité cambodgienne. Le patron ainsi que sa femme sont devenus des amis. Ces derniers font l effort de communiquer dans notre langue.

Siamo stati qui durante il nostro bellissimo viaggio in Cambogia. Qui ti senti in famiglia co è sembrato di continuare il nostro viaggio nella accogliente Cambogia pur essendo in una grande città. Samso il titolare parla italiano ed è una guida fantastica! Abbiamo visto i siti con lui. Ha una piscina e camere grandi. Lui è la sua famiglia saranno li per voi! nsomma consigliatissimo!

Diese Unterkunft ist ein kleines Juwel in Siem Reap. Sie liegt nicht mitten im Trubel des teils hektisch wirkenden Siem Reap, dennoch sind Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf, Geldautomaten und Restaurants keine 5 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft selbst besticht durch ihren familiären Charme und Charakter. Die Herzlichkeit der Familie von Sam So war über den gesamten Aufenthalt ungebrochen und kam wirklich von Herzen. Das ist nach meinen Erfahrungen eine Seltenheit geworden und doch schön zu wissen, dass es so etwas noch gibt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet: große und freistehende Badewanne, normale Dusche mit zusätzlicher Regendusche, Föhn, großzügiges und bequemes Bett, Klimaanlage, Safe, Schreibtisch, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool, Couch und Tisch, kostenloses Wifi, TV mit internationalen Sendern, hinzukommen auch hier wieder die kleinen Details, die die familiäre Atmosphäre widerspiegeln (seien es die ausgewählten Bilder, die div. Kissen oder Pflanzen,..). Zusätzlich kann ich noch sagen, dass ich über die Unterkunft eine 3-tägige Sightseeingtour gebucht habe. Diese wurde individuell mit den Besitzern besprochen und war ebenfalls ein Highlight. Die wichtigsten (bekannten Tempel) Sehenswürdigkeiten wurden zu Zeiten angefahren zu der keine Touristenströme durchgeleitet wurden. Ich hatte teils das Gefühl die Tempel nur für mich zu haben. Der Fahrer war sehr erfahren und vorsichtig im Fahrstil. Die Verständigung verlief über Englisch. Übrigens kann Sam So auch als Tourguide gebucht werden. Als ich dort gewesen bin, war er leider schon komplett ausgebucht. Vielleicht noch eine Info am Rande: Sam So spricht Englisch, Italienisch und Deutsch. Was bleibt noch zu sagen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würde gern wiederkommen.

Ordinato, pulito, ma soprattutto personale molto disponibile, sempre sorridente. Sam So, il proprietario, parla italiano e ci ha accolto con molto affetto e disponibilità. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

The Sam So reception staff were very polite and nice during the whole stay. The hotel is very quiet and has a private feel to it - it is almost like being in a private villa. However, there was no laundry service or possibility of having breakfast in departure from the information on the ********** -website. There was also no bar. Could be due to low season but not really a hotel standard in this respect.
