the hotel is located right in the historical city center at walking distance to main attractions, the staff is very supportive, we were allowed to early check in

В Куско особая атмосфера во всем. И это в том числе касается местных отелей, похожих на особняки бывших колонизаторов. И этот отель не исключение. С первых минут ощущаешь себя словно в музее. Кстати, там действительно есть мини галерея. Благодаря пандемии и низкому сезону, мы были единственными гостями и это было очень приятно, когда все вокруг ухаживали только за нами. При входе, в отель вам открывают дверь. Регистрация прошла быстро. Нас поселили в очень большой двухэтажный номер с камином, видом на центр Куско. Завтрак был замечательный. Не смотря на отсутствие гостей нам сделали шведский стол. Это было чудесным отдыхом.

Moderne, tout confort et très bien placé en centre ville avec plein de restos dans la rue et tout prêt. Belle chambre avec rangement et mini frigo. Belle salle de bain avec nécessaire de toilette et sèche cheveux. Les parties communes sont décorées avec des poteries ou tissus Inca. Attention toutefois, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et beaucoup d'étages. (des membres du personnel sont présents pour les monter)

Hotel bem localizado, quarto bem confortável, boa cama, frigobar e excelente banheiro! O que deixou um pouco a desejar foi o café da manhã, poucas opções para ser um café continental. Porém o hotel é muito agradável, com funcionários bem atenciosos e excelente localização! Me hospedaria novamente com certeza!

Super mala atencion al cliente, no lo recomiendo, la recepcionista da una mala imagen al hotel con ser tan insensible a las necesidades del cliente y somos una familia de 6 personas con 3 niños y segun ellos no tenian habitaciones para nosotros y si queriamos una cama mas teniamos que pagar $20 y asi ya tenian habitaciones para nosotros, de lo peor el servicio, llegamos cansados y mareados por la altura y queian llevarnos a otro hotel que ni sabiamos donde era, super horrible experiencia especialmente si no conoces el lugar, terrible atencion para jamas regresar

Tuve un inconveniente porque compre mi paquete de avion y hotel mediante ******* pero luego me mandaron un email del hotel que tenia que pagar $20 por una cama extra, asi que comunique al hotel y dijeron que lo iban a resolver, al llegar no resolvian nada y nos tuvieron a ver si nos dejaban ese hotel o nos trasladaban a otro, la verdad que no nos gusto el trato de la recepcionista al principio porque parecia que no queria ayudar a pesar que estabamos con 3 niños y despues de viajar en la madrugada, la verdad nos dio mala impresion porque luego de tanta espera nos dieron cuartos en el mismo hotel pero igual nos quedamos con la mala impresion del principio, no regresariamos

E reserva una habitación para el día 28 mayo del 2023 por estas páginas y resulta que cuando llego al hotel me indica que no trabajan con hopper ni TripAdvisor atentos 👺👹🤡 Falta de seriedad al hotel

Tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable en en el hotel Ruinas. No es la primera vez que me quedo ahí y cada vez me siento como en casa: la atención es de primera, la ubicación del hotel en pleno centro, el desayuno buenísimo y las habitaciones muy cómodas. Recomendadisimo!!

Excelente ubicación. Atención muy amable y habitaciones cómodas y acogedoras. Desayuno buffet muy bueno. Nos encantó pasar unos días en este lindo hotel. Lo recomiendo para familias o parejas . Muchas gracias a todo el personal por su amabilidad.

Good: Location and kind staff Bad: Almost evyrithing else! 1/ it's cold everywhere in the hotel, we had to request a heater 2/ mild water in the bathroom, we had cold shower multiple times 3/ hotel in the dark, they turn light off everytimes, and light on on request, I used once the flashlight of my Iphone on the stairs 4/ access in/out the hotel is restricted, they lock the door, we didin't feel free, you have to ring the bell to go out and come in, once I stayed 10 minutes outside ringing the bell because nobody came 5/ breakfast is very poor 6/ no coffee/tea facilities in the room

Really lovely little hotel with great staff. Comfy rooms are very basic but everywhere is immaculate, rooms at back are quieter. Good little spread for breakfast with eggs to order. Staff can’t do enough for you ! Stored our luggage for a couple of days while we went down to Machu Pichu. There are some lovely displays of old artefacts (like a mini museum) around the reception and large atrium. Good WiFi. Easy flat 5 minute walk to central square. Restaurants, bars, shops all around. Fab place, highly recommended.

Wonderful staff. I came with a group tour which I had to leave due to ill health. Waiting for my travel insurance repatriation they let me stay in the room on a day to day basis (they were quiet so I know this would not be always available) but never made a fuss about it. They were also very good being a go between if my Dr or Travel company support rang and asked them to do something.

Caring and compassionate from the doorman to the front desk and cleaning staff. My wife had a medical issue and the staff immediately assisted her needs. They also helped fix mistakes the travel agency had made in the booking. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel experience. It was the best part of our travel experience.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast options and that tea was available all day!
