飯店管理人員在我們離開後無故向我們收取了60澳元，也沒有任何解釋。這是我經歷過的最糟糕的體驗。

該酒店的位置很好，距離衝浪者僅幾步之遙。入住過程很糟糕，週六入住時現場沒有工作人員，我們必須透過電話與工作人員交談。房間很髒，微波爐無法使用，聞起來就像是發生了電氣火災。讓整個公寓發臭。臥室裡有一塊電源板，電線裸露在外。床底下的瓷磚地板上有一層厚厚的灰塵和大量碎片。從臥室到陽台的滑動門無法正常關閉和鎖定，使公寓不安全。房間裡沒有茶和咖啡，只有半卷衛生紙。鍋碗瓢盆很髒。周圍有很多污垢和污垢，房間需要深度清潔。房間裡沒有顯示消防疏散標誌，我們樓層的消防出口也沒有標記出口標誌（我通常不太注意這些事情，但根據我們公寓的燒焦味進行了檢查）。我透過電子郵件和前台投訴，接待員說當天下午管理層會打電話給我，但我從未接到電話。我不會再留在這裡了。

After I booked this place last minute and read the reviews I was honestly concerned. We regularly travel from NSW but normally stay in high rise apartments but due to the minute booking this accommodation was all that was available. Previous reviews were quite worrying but honestly it wasn’t that bad. Location, close to Surfers Paradise and not far from Light rail stations. Check in was easy and staff member was very friendly. Room was spacious - 2bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony over looking the tennis courts etc. The room was tidy and definitely livable but thoroughly needed a deep clean. There was no tea, coffee, sugar etc. The airfryer was not clean and contained left over chips. There was half a roll of toilet paper in one bathroom, nothing in the other. The facilities were great, the pool/sauna/tennis courts were kept incredibly clean. We met some lovely permanent/unit owners who were happy to have a chat and play with the kids. Overall this place has huge potential, if the room had a deep clean and was more equipped I would give it a 10/10
