Not as described or pictured on this listing unfortunately. Some for the better as they (I assume new owners) have redone the decor in rooms, however there is no breakfast as advertised or hot tub. When asking about the breakfast they simply said they didn’t have it and acted as though it wasn’t their problem.

Rooms are good and clean / basic super 8 package / the hotel is on the ***** and is a little way from downtown / 10 mins max / some food options close by all fast food / the gym is brilliant for a super 8 kinda hard to imagine / parking is a little tight out front but further out is a larger parking lot suitable for RV's . Has a pool. Overall not a bad deal for Golden ..... prices change dramatically in summer to a point of gouging from the tourist . Tis the season ....

Our booking included 'a light breakfast' for 3 days however there was no breakfast & I encountered a very unhelpful response. When I complained to Wyndham, I was offered 'points'. What a joke, I'm from another part of the world & don't want to stay in a Wyndham again. I just want the equivalent of the 3 light breakfasts for 2 people that I paid for, refunded.

Das Hotel erscheint auf den ersten Blick als wäre es geschlossen, da keine Beleuchtung und Beschilderung mehr vorhanden. Es schien als wären auch nur wenige Zimmer vermietet obwohl das Haus auf der HP ausgebucht angezeigt wurde. Vor den Zimmern standen maximal 4 Autos. Frühstück wird auch lange schon nicht mehr angeboten wie man anderen Bewertungen entnehmen kann. Von der Seite nimmt man diese Angabe aber offensichtlich nicht. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sichtlich berührt/beschämt, ob dieser Tatsache. Zimmer war allerdings wie alle Super8 Zimmer. Einigermaßen sauber ,alt aber durchaus zu ertragen. Der Preis den wir gezahlt haben, war allerdings im Verhältnis unverschämt teuer. Für einige Dollar mehr bekommt man sicherlich den doppelten Komfort und dann vermutlich auch wirklich inkl einem Standard Motel Frühstück. Ich denke das Haus steht demnächst zur Schließung an und es ändert sich bis dahin nichts mehr sondern man will noch alles mitnehmen was geht.

Provided wrong information while reservation of breakfast included, this place don’t have breakfast service. Bad odour in parking lot and too many bugs, not recommend.

The room was frozen upon arrival. Mildew on bath tiles. Piles of trash on the side of building. The staff was very helpful but that doesn’t make up for freezing room and uncleanliness of the tub. You should pay your staff more so they feel valued and care about certain parts of their job like putting the sheets on inside right. You would be amazing the pride someone takes in their job when they feel valued.

Rooms dirty In need of repair No breakfast even though web site says there is Phones don't work No one will answer after hrs till office opens at 9 No extra toilet paper so we had to go purchase our own. When we confronted office we were told to call Windom

The bathroom and room were unclean and in disrepair. The cost of the room was high. The staff were curt and unhelpful. The breakfast was minimal, “grab and go” bags, sone bags had almost nothing in them compared to others. We wouldn’t go back.

2 at best…grounds and building are unkempt..debris all over cigarette butt’s everywhere…no ice no hot tub as out of order air conditioning not work and it was 30C outside. Caulking moulding room smelled like old smoke…free breakfast was a brown bag with a fruit cup, granola bar muffin and juice bog. This place has been horribly neglected …poor choice of stay at $175 a night

Dirty, smelly, in poor condition. Breakfast was awful Wi-Fi, unreliable, broken fridge, broken air conditioning, dirty parking lot, dirty exterior poor water pressure absolutely nothing positive about this experience.

There was saliva or snot residue on our sink still. The handles of the fridge were caked in dirt or grease or some combination. The room smelt like cigarettes and there were about 200 cigarette butts just outside the doorstep. There was hair in the bed, the sheets were stained. The front desk ladies were very nice however and location was good

房間很一般，價格不錯，清潔度很一般，即我可以看到家具上有灰塵；浴室裡沒有洗髮精或護髮素，如果沒有的話我需要帶上，這很好；房間需要現代化。然而，它比其他的便宜而且有可用性。前台工作效率很高，態度很好。

Room wasn’t cleaned. Garbage on the floor from previous people, sheets weren’t changed. Breakfast is non-existent and the wifi is very glitchy. No check ins from the cleaning crew/front desk about our stay either. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless a last resort. I would sleep in my car first though.
