I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Darjeeling. The staff members at the White Yak Hotel went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm smiles and genuine interest in making guests feel welcome created a truly inviting atmosphere. the hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered a range of amenities that enhanced my stay. It’s a 4 star hotel with 5 star ambiance and service. I stayed in premium Kanchenjunga view room with balcony. The view is amazing. I have attached the photo of the view from the room. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Room is quite spacious. Cleanliness is at its best. Service is very fast. Restaurant is fantastic with variety of dishes.If you’re a vegetarian and even though it’s little beyond your budget I strongly recommend this hotel because staying here will make your trip complete and memorable. No non veg and no alcohol. If you have your own drinks ,you will get ice cubes.Book directly from the hotel. You will get the room for reasonable price. I booked through one Miss Swetha Banerjee who was very patient and helpful throughout my booking. Thank you Udaan for making my trip memorable

在大吉嶺能算是數一數二質量較好的酒店了，雖然周邊很破舊，但這裏算是個小港灣，特別適合兩個人住（因為含雙早）。從大吉嶺火車站，拖着箱子走到酒店大約15分鐘，年輕人是沒問題的，從酒店走到山頂廣場也就5分鐘，很是方便，旁邊有地攤性質的夜市，還有kfc，樓下竟然還有一家miniso，我也是醉了，丟中國人的臉的假日本品牌四處泛濫。視頻是在房間裏用延時拍攝的。另外，這裏提供免費寄存行李，你可以去花四五天徒步，把行李留在這裏，回來再取。

I went to mirik on the 10th of september, 2023 & stayed at queen hill hotel & homestay. Amusing view from the balcony. Cheap & best price on proper mirik town beside the jhil. I'll also suggest the couple's to book queen hill hotel & homestay. On a moonlit night it will be an unbelievable experience. The entire hotel is neat & clean, also well decorated & hygienic maintained. Good food, very well & polite behaviour of all the staff.

We stayed here enroute for our trip to Bhutan. Overall nice looking hotel, great ambiance, good food and friendly staff. The hotel staff made us feel very comfortable right from the start to being warmly welcomed by Moushumi and the very attentive Anushka at the restaurant. It was also great experiencing being a Wyndham member here. The hotel is located on a busy road and also 10 mins walk to a mall which was great since we could pick up some last minute stuff for our journey. Look forward to be staying here again.

Had the opportunity to stay in Sterling Hotel, Darjeeling for 3 nights and 4 days with my brother’s and mine family. All 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The best part was that we were allotted Room No. 1034 which has wonderful view of Kanchenjunga. Thanks to the good weather, we could see Kanchenjunga on all 3 days. Having tea in the balcony overlooking Kanchenjunga was an unforgettable experience. Staff and services were also very good. I usually avoid shopping from the shops located in the Hotel complex it in this hotel, pur experience of shopping from A2 (Amit’s Apparel) was also very good. Not only their collection is good but also very good pricing. Either at par with the Darjeeling market or may be bit better

My family thanks to both are ..and food was very good and all seaf was very humble and friendly we are very happy to stay in Hermon. Staff are very polite and courteous I recommend all tourist if u r in Darjeeling must be visit summit Hermon hotels and resort.. Specially meet Anna her service was awesome....

AAhmadThis was my second time staying at this place. The first time, it was good. But, later, we have experienced a decrease in their service. The photo in the advertisement on Trip.com was not offered to us. We had to pay ~30% more to get that room. The geyser was also not working. They are misleading the customers here. They show one room, but when you pay via Trip.com, they offer some lower-tier rooms, or you have to pay more to get the rooms you have booked via this site. Be aware of this scam. Otherwise, the location is quite good, it's beside the Dali monastery, barely 2 2-minute walk.

Situated within 5 kms of the NJP railway station, this hotel provided a quick check in even quite late at night. The suite was spacious though it didn't have any window. They don't offer a buffet breakfast but the in room dining menu was extensive and the food was good. They have no tieup with car rental agencies for onward journeys or arrangement for station and airport pickup and drop. The check out was also quite fast. Overall a comfortable stay.

As we entered the reception area was full of dust, we entered the room there were cockroaches all around the room, the best sheet were dirty, there was wall leakage in room and the room was stinking, more over the bathroom doors were rotten & broken the curtain were full of dust & Unclean. We went with my 6 year old kid and even he refused to stay in this hotel. We checked in at night around 10pm with advance payment of INR 500/- but they refused to refund the money back as Anjan Rai said we just did pest control in our rooms & we cannot help it are they has non refundable policy. So at around 10.30 at night after 30 minutes we are out of the room and was search for other hotel with my 6 yrs old kid. I do not recommend this hotel at all for the stay. Rude Staff,Unclean rooms, unhygienic ambience.

# Awesome Stay Beautiful and Peace. It's calm. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Hotel staff are cordial. Best part was the dining area - cozy, nice seating arrangement, great food (we tried vegetarian food mainly), buffet breakfast had a spread with mixture of South Indian, North Indian,Fresh fruits etc. Restaurant staff ensured that we were comfortable and asked for any requirements . This is the place to stay when in Siliguri….Felt as home away from home literally
