Great location and the advantage of having an elevator from ground floor. However, the hotel is undergoing major repair work and hence is mostly covered with scaffoldings therefore not much to view from the rooms. In addition one of the elevators were also not working.

My third stay with Ramada Darjeeling.. Located very near to Mall. Friendly staff namely Sabita, Saurav, Rinkita, Tanmoy, from house keeping. Breakfast was complimentary and restaurant staff were also very helpful. Rooms are very spacious and bed felt like sleeping as home. Overall it has been always a pleasant experience for 5 days.

I recently stayed at Ramada by Wyndham, Darjeeling, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite receiving a booking confirmation email mentioning a welcome drink with khada, we received neither upon our check-in at 8:30 PM on a Wednesday. Strangely, a large group checking in later at 10 PM was given the promised welcome drink and khada. Additionally, there was no prior mention during booking about ongoing construction at the property. I paid for a balcony view, only to be told to keep it restricted for privacy reasons due to workers. This was a significant letdown as the balcony access was one of the main reasons for choosing the room. The room service was abysmal. I had to call the reception thrice for four bottles of drinking water, which took 45 minutes to arrive. The same delay occurred the following morning. The air conditioning was non-functional due to "repair work" that had apparently been ongoing for 4-5 days, but this was not disclosed during booking. Instead, we were offered a stand fan and room heater – a poor substitute given the cold weather and the lack of ventilation. Housekeeping was equally disappointing. Despite requesting a bedsheet change, it was left untouched, and the wrinkled condition was evidence of its reuse. The shower gel was insufficient and required repeated requests for refills. After raising all these issues, the only compensation offered was a ₹300 discount on food – an insulting gesture for a stay costing ₹18,000 for two nights. The only positive aspects of this property are its elevator, parking area, and proximity to Mall Road. However, these features are not enough to justify the poor service and subpar room conditions. I regret choosing this hotel and will not return or recommend it to anyone. The experience was far from the value I paid for – not even 50% of what I expected.

Not worth for money..if you want to stay at the mall road,select this hotel or else can go for mayflower or other good resorts..restuarant needs improvement..add more varities in breakfast and dinner..i stayed in ramada in other places and know about their food quality and taste..

Lo primero a tener en cuenta, al llegar seguro que te decepciona, la fachada del hotel esta a medio terminar, en obras, la entrada es por el garaje. Nos dieron una habitación buena, grande. limpia y con un gran ventanal y terraza , estupendo, el baño bien y limpio. Y lo mejor las vistas espectaculares a las montañas, si hace buen día veras las nevadas montañas es maravilloso. La cena a la carta o bufe y el desayuno bufe esta muy bien,,, personal estupendo,,, Se encuentra en pleno centro, por lo tanto veras el movimiento diario de los lugareños y parte de la ciudad. Saliendo a la derecha hay una calle llena de tiendas y puestos con comida y dando un cortito paseo se llega a una plaza comercial y cerrada al trafico, suelo estar muy animada con musical y conciertos.

4.5 out of 5. It’s located just beside the clock tower. Famous walking street and eateries like keventers and glenery are at stone throw distance. The only hind side of this hotel is the Bed. It’s way too soft! Overall great location, hospitality at its best, lavish breakfast( excellent masala tea) and room with a view..

A relaxing and rejuvenating retreat and a truly enjoyable stay at the Ramada Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hospitality and warm welcome by their prestigious staff. The hotel is relaxing and will give you a comfortable stay. We had a premium room and the room was neat and sparkling clean. The hotel offers a wide range in buffet . The staff Mr.Kashinath and the chef Priyash made the Dining experience even more special. Their dedicated staff and the ambience of the restaurant is outstanding and over the top. If you’re planning a trip to Darjeeling we suggest you book this hotel for a relaxing stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was just wonderful. Clean and airy room, bathroom, well stocked tea- coffee corner and prompt room service. We had a premium room with terrace-balcony on the 5th floor that had a fantastic view of the mountains. The swing in the balcony was an added delight. Breakfast was very good with continental and Indian food ( live station of delicious Dosas) People were polite and helpful. Would love to come back again. Thank you, Shubham, Subrata and Amrito. You made our stay really enjoyable.

Very good hotel right in heart of Darjeeling. It's located at main market of Darjeeling. All city attractions are nearby. Taxis are easily available to move any where for site visit. Restaurants, tea shops are located nereby. Veg restaurant ***** is adjoining to Ramada where you can have good food at most reasonable rates. Nathmulls tea shops are located at walking distance ,go there and purchase some very good stuff of first flush of Darjeeling tea. Rooms are good and comfortable. Front side rooms give hill view and on clear day you can see ice covered Kanchanjangha peaks from your rooms. Backside rooms are swimming pool view but simultaneously windows of houses/ buildings are visible ,which is quite weird and awkward. Staff is very polite and ready to serve. Hotel provided us complementary fruit basket on arrival. Food - The buffet dinner and breakfast were very tasty and amazing. We still remember aroma and flavour of tea served by hotel, too good. Overall it's a very good property if you prefer to stay within town. Go for front side rooms.

Excellent location and views from the premium rooms! I had a great experience with the staff as well as they were professional, very courteous and helpful! Clean rooms and common areas and I loved the added detail of having a swing in the balcony. Great breakfast buffet as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my two-day stay and I would return again.

It was a pleasant stay in Ramada darjeeling,, staffs very helpful and coopetaing. Housekeeping team was amazing, well cleaned room And did a great job. Specially Dipankar, sukumar, tukhar ,, u guy's are awesome. Kudos to you guy's. Overall is a wonderful stay...............
