The place is beautiful

Mayfair tea resort is a wonderful luxurious property, span across the beautiful Chumta Tea Plantation.The architectural designs of every nook and corner of the property will exude superb vintage vibe.The only thing that didn't suit me was, there were a lot of flies in the lunch area,that came to my notice,while having lunch.However none were there the previous night.After telling the staff they assured me that they've already informed the pest control.Now coming to the service,it's quite good.All the staff are always going around with a smile on their face and they are very approachable.Special mention to Priya,such a sweet and polite lady and Shubrojyoti, Laxminarayan, thank you for catering to all my needs.It was indeed a very relaxing experience.

It was very pleasant stay at Mayfair Siliguri , food, rooms , service and beauty of resort every thing was superb Thanks to Mr Durga Prasad ji for his support and amazing hospitality. Looking forward for more such stay in Mayfair property. Regards Kabra Family

Everything is super nice... the staff is very sweet and considerate... the food tastes amazing.. a very classy place... Laxmi Narayan was very good too do ask for him... tere is this small Chai Tapri amazing tea... the big lush greenery is so nice to look at... a very well kept place... worth it

Very good, comfortable stay, luxury hotel with good food served. A lot of staffs to help and guide us. Everyone is very kind & humble . Only thing is I felt like was to include more & variety sweet dishes. Also would suggest for better play area for children( park)....water coaster...etc. And if possible recent movies display in box office( like that of inbox.

It was really fabulous breakfast and stay was really nice. I would like to thank Shubhrojyoti, Laxminarayan, Chef Alankar. They really help me in the breakfast. I will definitely come again and visit the Mayfair tea resort siliguri. Kudos to the team.

Itslan excellent property with mix of palace, modern and nature interiors. Shef Alankar greeted well with his knowledge and experience with top notch hospitality from each and every staff including Lakshmi Narayanan. Words cannot express our satisfaction and service we experienced in the property.

Mayfair Siliguri is one of the vintage high end properties where you truly find very boutique experiences of high end hospitality, services, outstanding ambience in lap of lush green mesmerizing legendary Chunta tea garden. We had a family holiday and had a great time. Mr. Rajesh /***ager is one of the finest professional I ever met, he is very passionate about taking great care of hospitality with his very humble and pleasant personality to serve the guest and left a long lasting impression. We would definitely want to come back with a bigger family group to stay there not only because of the great vintage Mayfair but also due to high end hospitality offered by the whole team under leadership of Mr. Rajesh.
