We found the hotel to be an excellent place to relax after a long trip to Sikkim. The staff was very helpful, friendly and considerate. The breakfast spread was lavish and excellent in taste. We also had dinner in our room and that was very good too. All in all, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Good property to stay with family excellent service's and one of the prime location . Specially flood and beverage team is excellent here as I meet vishal who is very much helpful during the service in the restaurant he also having good knowledge of the menu and he has given right suggestion many time .

Very good hospitality, friendly staff, good food, maintenance of cleanliness, beautiful property. It’s a must visit! We had very prompt service for anything we needed and there were always staff around to help with smallest of things. Big spacious rooms with beautiful lobbies and views.

Booked 10 rooms incl one suite for my son's marriage from 13th to 16th Dec, '23. Support I got from the hotel management in general and from Mr Anirban Banerjee, the Manager, in particular is really wonderful. Rooms were all very clean, and support staffs were always available, lobby and lounge were very clean, food quality was also worth mentioning. Suite with terrace was really excellant. From early morning till midnight, I got the fullest support to make my son's marriage a grand success. I'm really grateful for all precise facilities provided to me and to my guests by the Hotel management.

The hospitality at Saffron is commendable and they make sure that the guests get the highest level of service and comfort. The staff is available at all times to help you to make your experience memorable. 100% recommend this hotel if you are visiting Siliguri!

Everything was amazing ***** with our stay....especially these people brother Anup from house keeping (head),Santosh,Salin,Raj,Sanjay.....These people were really cooperative to us and their survive was great....They made our stay in the hotel saffron crest like.. home away from home 😊Had an amazing and lovely experience.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Saffron Crest Siliguri. All staffs are very co operative and hospitable Front Office staffs make us very comfortable and made sure the check-in was smooth. The food was excellent . Excellent breakfast buffet. New management is excellent and best hotel in Siliguri now. I would definitely recommend to all travellers to stay in this beautiful hotel. Thank You
