We have just returned from a 2 week Visit from Royalton Bavaro and had an absolutely amazing time. We were so worried before going given the reviews but we experienced only a few issues which made it a 4 not 5 star. Positives: Eduardo and Joel our butlers were amazing, checked in on us everyday and Eduardo even managed to get my daughter a fresh pizza for Grazie delivered to our room, they honestly went about and beyond. DC - would not go without it, DC pool, DC grill, Oceanside for breakfast and the surf machine were 100% worth it. Food - I really do not get the reviews regarding the food and no it is not because we have ‘lower standards’ the food was amazing, our favourite was the teppanyaki but they were all good. Yeremi at DC Oceanside for breakfast or as we fondly referred him as ‘egg man’ what a true asset he is to Royalton, always so happy and friendly and always smiling, what irked me were how rude people can be to servers, a please and thank you costs nothing at all. The lady waitress at DC pool, we didn’t get her name but she was amazing and truly cared about you! The lazy river Shows - another reason I can’t see why people complained - we loved the shows and my little girl loved them too. Swim up - another thing we wouldn’t go with it especially on the rainy days, again yes it did get a little dirty but not enough to ruin our holiday. Negatives: The pools can get really dirty and at some points they weren’t filled enough to be filtered which made them so filthy and we felt they weren’t on cleaning them enough, we didn’t let this ruin our holiday though. Staff at the coffee shop were so rude and definitely need some training. Check out was chaotic when trying to get our bags - that needs some sorting The hotel does need some general TLC and with some maintenance (which was going on whilst we were there) could be amazing. Tips: Handheld fans - gets some humid they were a godsend Moisture absorber humidifier bags for the wardrobes - our room did not smell at all but we bought these off SHEIN to hang up We bought our own lock boxes for the room just in case but never had any issues with stealing Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel and if you are going and thinking about changing because of the reviews we were too but never experienced any of the issues others did and we were so glad we stuck with it.

這趟旅行幾乎是完美的！他們翻新後的一切都很讓人滿意，而且很多地方都設計得很人性化，讓人有種賓至如歸的感覺。工作人員大多都很熱情，很有禮貌。我的孩子們説下次還回來這裏，太喜歡了。美中不足的是他們自助餐的餐具不是很乾凈，還有房間被單和枕套有一點異味。 不管怎樣我依然很推薦它，這是一家性價比很高，很適合家庭旅行的酒店！！ 感謝接待！！願大家都越來越好！！❤❤

剛入住第一天我最先檢查了馬桶的坐便器，馬桶的坐便器未清理消毒，我用衞生紙擦了坐便器，衞生紙上有黃色的尿漬。房間內的咖啡，咖啡伴侶，砂糖沒有每天及時替換。缺乏nightshow。

快的住 非常漂亮的房間,非常巨大的遊覽。 布ffet和All inclusive formula with a multitude of choices.

The hotel is big, spacious and beautiful. The property and rooms are well kept with daily prompt room service. The staff are friendly and accommodating even with limited Spanish I could get around and get by very easily. They have very good customer service and has a good supply of fresh foods daily for most part. The buffet selections were good and I love the fresh squeezed juices they provided daily and the local fruit selections. There are plenty options for lounging and relaxation on the beach and in the lobby. Everyone greats you with a genuine smile. We loved our stay, we know no where is perfect so Vista Sol you definitely outdid our expectations and we will not only return but recommend your lovely resort. There are a few hiccups I would like to highlight- 1 no iron in the room, no laundry bag you have to ask for it. No wash rags only towels and toiletries, no wifi in room only around the resort which fluctuates from fast speed to none existent. The drink selections are limited and fish bones in the salad. These are fixable things and did not detract from my experience not one bit. I would return today if I could because the staff and other amenities made the stay an enjoyable experience. We loved our waitress Bether who was always smiling and accommodating she even remembered my order from the previous day and that was very good seeing she has many people who she attends to each day. Mike from the lobby bar was also amazing and my spouse who doesn't speak any Spanish felt comfortable ordering his drinks and chilling at the bar. Our front desk agent who was most helpful was Junior he spoke English well and assisted us with a genuine smile. Mr Ferrin the bell man was very resourceful and very helpful, he went above and beyond to get us our ride to the airport. Thank you sir we appreciate you. Gracias Señor Ferrin estas magnifico. Mr Marino from front desk was also very cordial. We loved our stay and will definitely add it to our vlogs of recommended places to stay in Punta Cana.

It’s a very great resort and people out there is very kind. The restaurant Skybar has a beautiful seaside view. Johanny is very nice and kind to help us check in. Something went wrong with the air conditioner but they help change another room. Very great.

This review is for the UNIQUE part of Lopesan Costa Bavaro. My wife and I spent 4 nights in May 2023. We had an amazing time during our stay that was nothing short of amazing. Our butler Victor was amazing and made sure no question went unanswered, no request was too much for him. We spent most of our time in the UNIQUE specific amenities (Restaurant/Bar/Beach/Pool) – the breakfast and lunch buffet very tremendous, the food was great and there was something for everyone. We especially enjoyed the fresh passionfruit at breakfast. The service at the beach was great, rarely did we not have a passionfruit margarita in our hands. The restaurants for dinner (We did the Steakhouse, the French restaurant, the UNIQUE only restaurant and the restaurant where UNIQUE members don’t have to pay extra to eat at) where all really good – the food was always very tasty, the presentation was appealing to the eye and service was friendly and fast. The room was clean, quiet and we always came back to a perfectly made room after our time at the beach. We are looking forward to our next stay!
