The workers here are top notch. We we were treated like family since the moment we got there. They appreciate you for being there with a very genuine heart. If you go, shaggy in the entertainment is an absolute gem and really made our trip for us. Be sure to always tip the entertainment if they make you feel special.

THE BEST HOTEL IN PUNTA CANA!!! This hotel is break taking soon as you touch foot on the property. The staff are all beyond friendly and they are literally their to ensure you have to want for nothing. We had an amazing ocean view room with butler service. Armando & Geryln took exceptional care of us! We look forward to going back.

Estuve hace diez 10 añoshospedado en este Hotel y fue una experiencia 5 estrella , esta vez no puedo decir lo mismo , este hotel necesita un upgrade, se nota un deterioro en los muebles y habitaciones. A su vez en la calidad de alimentos, sobre todo en el asiático la experiencia no fue muy grata, el chef está más en hacer payasadas y poniendo a los huéspedes a hacer el ridículo que pendiente a la experiencia culinaria, si uno quiere ver payasadas uno va a un circo, no a un rest, la comida quedó cruda , el pollo, los camarones y la langosta , a causa de esto. Otra cosa debieran fumigar , no diré porque Espero que mis consejos sean de bien para el futuro de los que decidan hosped****

I had a wonderful time at a Iberostar grand Bavaro. This was my first ever solo trip, and I felt safe and comfortable at this resort. All the staff was amazing, very friendly. My butler, Eduardo, was excellent. All the food at the restaurant was great and upscale. The Buffet was good for breakfast and lunch, but only OK for dinner. I recommend you do dinner at the restaurants. Please tip these hard working people! They deserve it.

loved beach and pools; didn't like sea**** which was beyond your control. You should inform guests that the gym equipment is on both the 3d and 4th floors. I spent awhile trying to find the eliptical machine. Our concierge Darlyn was excellent. You should inform guests that entrance into the Dominican Republic requires an e-ticket which can be completed 2-3 days prior to flying to the DR

Most beautiful grounds. Excellent facility amazing rooms and beaches and pools and service. Concierge is overbearing and pushy, not your typical concierge who helps you with things to see— these concierges try to sell not help — stay away. It seems there only purpose is to get you to breakfast to sell “timeshare.” After refusing we were hassled continually. Staff was amazing, but the timeshare push after you’ve spent so much was a thorn and one major err of the property.

I didnt like that they had 2 restaurants closed at a time out of five. I only had one butler and he failed me with dinner reservations and romantic dinner for my lady. I loved the staff like always. Ery, Odionis, Bruno, Ingrid, Sudjevi, Jaciell, Luis (my bell boy) Room service was excellent.

This is the most amazing all inclusive I’ve ever stayed at. The service is top notch, food is excellent and so much to choose from, the resort is absolutely stunning, the beach is beautiful. We really enjoyed the entertainment and daily activities too. Our butler Caesar went out of his way to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed. This resort is an absolute dream and we highly recommend it to everyone!

Check-in was unpleasant. Although the post check in time was 3:00pm, we were there at 12 noon time. Then until 3:00pm, we still couldn't get into the room. While waiting, the concierges tried hard to sell stuff. Room services are convenient. Bottle waters were not easy to get but need several phone calls. Help desk wasn't available all the time. Buffet is good. Dinner restaurants were not good.
