亞特蘭蒂卡海灘公寓式客房飯店

Hemos viajado con mi marido y nuestros 3 hijos. La localización es perfecta con una playa preciosa delante y muchos restaurantes alrededor. Todo el personal del hotel (recepción con una mención especial para Ricky Avilou y Miladys Contreras, limpieza, mantenimiento, seguridad) es muy simpático, ayudando a los clientes a cualquier hora del día y de la noche, Lo recomendamos al 200% !

Lo peor q nos ha pasado Aires danados goteando, estufa dañada, puertas de cristal sin cerraduras porq estan dañadas todo esto en el apartamento 202, para podernos cambiar vinieron con papeles de desacargo queriendo ogligarnos a firmar. Nos tuvimos que ir, despues de pagar casi 500 dolares. Llegamos a las 5 de la tarde y tuvimos 2 horas con tecnicos en el apto y aun asi no arreglaron nada luego salimos al ptro dia a una excursión en buggy y llegamos a las 7 de la noche y todo dañado igual encima cobraron 2000 pesos de luz.

There is a lot of hiding information about this property. If you want a worry free vacation stay away from this property. Electricity and cleaning are not included. Cleaning fees are per day. I was asked a deposit for electricity for a 3-nights stay and surprisingly the electricity bill was the exact deposit amount (equivalent of one month in a north american cold winter). I booked two day long excursions so barely stay in the rooms.

Todo estuvo hermoso la propiedad muy linda y las habitaciones espectaculares le doy a todo 10/10

No geral, gostei muito. Apartamento bem decorado e equipado. O que incomodou um pouco foram que as cubas dos banheiros estavam entupidas e não descia a água, mas acredito que seja somente um pequeno ajuste na manutenção. Como havia muito sargaço na praia e o apartamento é na areia, vinham muitas moscas e pernilongos para dentro do apartamento. A equipe é extremamente cordial, o entorno não é atrativo e achei desorganizado, o trânsito bem complicado também. Outra dica, como a energia elétrica é cobrada à parte, tenham cuidado ao utilizar.

We have stayed several times in a condo at Playa Turquesa and always looked at the Costa Atlantica condo's when we walked the beach. We finally booked it for 2 weeks (end Jan early Feb). We rented through GoPuntaCana. The condo (C302) was AMAZING !!!. Absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was very nice and there is a water cooler (not shown on the pictures). The beach had some occasional seaweed, but staff worked very hard to sweep it up and remove it. The water was nice and warm and there are no rocks or shells. We did groceries at Jumbo (taking an Uber) and if we needed only a few things we went to Cicollela (about a 7 min walk). The staff working at Costa Atlantica were extremely nice !!!. The complex is very safe. The grounds were very well kept and I was very happy with the beach palapa's for shade. We did experienced one issue during our stay, regarding the water supply. The first week we were there the water pressure was poor, however then suddenly there was no water at all. The building management was aware of the issue and acted immediately to try to resolve it and brought in a special company to fix it. So koodo's to them that they tried their best to fix it as soon as possible. Once fixed, we experienced no problems anymore. We were very happy that the complex was quiet, also at night. You do not hear music for the neighboring properties, which is a huge plus for us. We look very much forward to be back soon !!!.

I went with my family (4 adults) and it was such a bad experience that we left the property two days before our paid stay ended. The apartment was spacious, but everything else was bad — really bad. There are unpleasant odors around the complex. The beach is poor and crowded with excursion boats; the workers are basically right next to you all day, with no privacy. To buy food you have to walk about 500 meters through an area that feels unsafe — dirty, unpleasant, and full of trash. The staff isn’t friendly. They constantly try to charge you extra and don’t make any effort to help. And the price is extremely expensive for what you get. The worst part is the overall environment and the crowd in the area — very low-end. What’s crazy is that just 500 meters away (along the beach) you hit the Barceló resorts and it’s a completely different world. Bottom line: don’t stay here.

We booked a 2 bedroom with ocean vue. At 5 pm apartment was not ready. We finally checked in at 8 pm. Air con broken, a bed and coffee machine broken. We moved eventually to a more appropriate apartment next day.
