Персонал очень вежливый, все просьбы были выполнены. Сам номер был чистым, все как на фото. Завтрак и ужин были вкусные. Однозначно рекомендую.

The service was very good.. The hotel workers were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, also a lot of vegetables. The atmosphere was relaxed and nice.

Unfortunately, I have to give this assessment. from the very beginning, it was in the room where we wanted to check in, allegedly broken pipes and we were asked to wait. we waited for about 2 hours and came to clarify again (for clarification, we arrived at 15 hours) At 17:00 we are told that a couple more minutes and it is ready. after these couple of minutes, we are told that we will have to wait until 21:00 in the evening. After a couple of arguments, we got a room. The rooms are ok, hard to say wow. our room probably had 3 beds originally, but there was no 3rd bed. there was just a hole and space for that very baby bed. The shower, unfortunately, did not work well. I would also like to ask the director to pay attention to the staff and their treatment of customers. On the first day, when we were delayed, we were given towels for the beach without any information. when we asked "and then what about the towels" we were told "leave them in the room". We used them for a couple of days and wanted to change them, and when we came up we were told that it can not be done, because it is not time to get new towels and it turns out they have rules on the issuance of towels. Then we gave towels and received cards for towels with the most strange questions from one of the employees. questions from the category of "who are you? What are you doing here?" the next day we came to get towels at about 13:00, to which we were told that they have rules for getting towels and they are not here now. Out of some sense of justice, we went to the front desk, where the girl said, "You should have read the writing on the wall." In response to any questions she said that it was our fault, that we could have been more attentive and that we could have learned the rules in 2 days. I am not talking about 70% of the dialog where the employee was clearly disinterested and rolled his eyes. In addition, there was an unpleasant situation with the sauna and hamam. We were told that free use of the spa from 12 to 14. We specifically waited for this time to go to the sauna. As a result we were told to wait at the entrance because there was a covered girl and we had to run from one place to another so that we did not see her. and it's like she "took" private time for herself. I respect her religion, but there should be equality here, because shared time is shared. The cab button was broken. We don't know why. But when you want to order a cab you are offered a VIP, with a surcharge of 100-150 liras. and if this VIP cab is not available, then calls a local. The entrance to the sea is normal, like everywhere else. Nice hotel, location a bit away from Alanya was clean and friendly staff, actually the staff were excellent, beach was rocky slippery but still ok, travellers make sure to take light swimming shoes with you, swimming pool was good too.

Odaların temizliği, otelin konumu havuzu, yemekler herşey dört dörtlüktü. Tavsiye edilir. Ufak tefek eksiklikler vardı elbet onları işletmenin düzelteceğini umuyorum. Mesela ilk gün odaya su bıraktılar sonrasında su verilmedi odalarda tek kullanımlık terlikler yoktu. Haricen iyidiydi. Teşekkür ederiz

Не соответствует 4звездам от слова совсем!!!Территории НЕТ-вообще нет!!!Бассейн и федеральная трасса.Шезлонги у моря ПЛАТНЫЕ-300лир.Возле бассейна бесплатные,но их не хватает.В номере нет средств гигиены-щетка,паста,кондиционер-отсутствуют.Чайник и прилагающиеся к нему чай и кофе -в помине нет.Бутылка воды стоит при заселении,а потом либо покупаете,либо с этой же бутылкой идете в бар и набираете!Меню-«сказка»-на обед ,например нагетсы и рыба на гриле.Это ВСЁ!Из фруктов только арбузы.Возможно под балконом созреют бананы и будет разнообразие.Сегодня на обед из мясного-готовы?ШАУРМА!Пироженые турецкие,не знаю,как называются -пропитанные молоком ,ещё жареные в огромном количестве масла и из манной крупы с маком.Меню не меняется!!!!!!!Проход к морю напоминает бомжатский подвал! НЕ СОВЕТУЮ!!!!!Знаем с чем сравнить.Не первый раз в Турции и тоже были в 4х звездочном отеле.

Toplu taşıma mükemmel ve kapının dışında teslim alma noktaları var. Odaların deniz manzarası muhteşem. Gün batımı muhteşem. Ameliyattan sonra tek başıma seyahat ediyorum. Akşam geç saatlerde varışımda Ali tarafından karşılandım ve kendimi güvende ve rahat hissettim. Resepsiyonda gün boyunca Maria. Çok iyi İngilizce konuşuyor ve turizm derecesi için çalışıyor. İş görevlerine her zaman dikkat ediyor ve her zaman yardımsever ve profesyonel. Adil mükemmel kreplerimi yaptı ve her sabah beni sıcak ve samimi bir gülümsemeyle karşıladı. Hatta kendimi çok rahat hissettiğim için konaklamamı uzattım. Hotel and Spar'dan mutfağa, oda servisine kadar tüm ekip çok rahat ve ellerinden gelen her şekilde yardımcı olmaktan mutluluk duyuyor.
