Have chosen this hotel Specifically for children's play area but none of the equipment is useful. The swimming pool only allows you to go in with pool dress but there is no place to purchase inside the hotel. Children's pool is not functioning. In total it's absolutely not worth spending half the tariff for this hotel.

I've booked room for 2 adults with one kid and 1 child - I've already asked for 1 extra bed for the child at the time of check-in... And I called to the reception at night 11pm while driving back to the hotel and reminded them for the bed.,, so that my child who is already asleep in car will be comfortable in his extra bed... But even when I reached the hotel the bed was NOT ready... Then I kept my child , my kid on the main bed and me and my wife both waited for the extra bed.... Even after repeated reminders and waiting for almost for 1 hour ( TILL 1AM at night ) the bed was not provided and we both parents have to sit on chairs in the room... Then I personally went to the reception and asked for extra bed and went myself in search of housekeeping person ( Mr. Pandu) and requested him for bed... Then after all this drama for 1 hour at midnight, we got the bed laid in the room ... Such a pathetic service we recieved ... 🤦🏻‍♂️

Except room number 122 every thing is good parking,gym, sweeming pool (i don't know whether it's for members only or for gest also available) ,large space,nice breakfast with reasonable cost,nice ambience .But room no.122 is bad no ventilation ,no Windows only one door , central ac ,l feel like Andhar kothadi ,may be jail room , get throat infection because of no outside fresh air come inside the room , disturbance due to staff activities outside the corner of room so don't take this room .l don't know about other rooms.

The room was just not worth 5k at all, the water was from the boring so it was all salty, even the drinking was tap water and they didn't gave bottled water

Despite of 4000 rs deluxe room no drinking water in room- reception staff not very concerned with customer concerns - rooms are bad and very small in sizes

Staff not cooperative not no manners of greeting politely. I didn’t like the food and is even expensive

Hotel was in poor state of maintenance. Cockroach were roaming in the room. Food was not upto standard. No mineral water bottle was provided instead glass bottle with water was provided

My stay at the hotel was pleasant, and I’m quite satisfied with the overall service and hospitality. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout my visit. However, I’m still awaiting the reimbursement from MakeMyTrip. I had raised a ticket regarding this matter some time ago, but the refund has not yet been processed. I hope the issue gets resolved soon, and I look forward to quicker support on such matters in the future.

horrible stay. had to change rooms 3 times in one night as air conditioning was not working. and one room the door lock was not working. can u imagine after paying the going rate of a good hotel.

After checking in at 4pm. Since the room air conditioning was not working we had to change our rooms three times in one night. Miserable beginning to a stay. This is not value for money at all.

We opted for a deluxe room that was luxurious but yes pricy. The club's amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch. It's located close to MG Road, making nightlife easily accessible. Rooms were clean, and service was prompt. Would visit again

No network for studio room so don’t book. No good rooms. No space at all. Even structure is not proper.

Excellent pace to stay in pune. Location is very good they have lot of amenities like outdoor pool and restaurant and their food is very good.
