我現在通過非洲陸路旅行了近一年,這家酒店對我來說是一次很棒的體驗。入住順利,我提前被允許入住。工作人員非常出色!從前台到餐廳的服務員,那裏有驚人的價格優惠的食物,到女傭。布拉沃到所有工作都做得好。水療中心也很可愛。我非常喜歡令人難以置信的工作人員的蒸汽,桑拿和按摩。我會推薦100%住在這裏,位置很棒,感覺安全,Wi-Fi和房間都很棒,謝謝😊

這是亞的斯亞貝巴可以去的最好的酒店。房間很乾淨,特別由房間清潔工Birtukan做。她確保你有最乾淨的房間,足夠的水,非常好。餐廳的服務很好,服務員Buruk和經理Mehret確保你開始一天儘可能完美。回家很愉快。

位置佳就在華美達酒店前麪一條街，裝修簡約大氣，雖然也沒有空調但是因為房間全部北向所以並不悶熱，白天通風沒有問題。最棒的是旁邊就是中餐熊貓私房菜。

On May 24th, 2024. We planned to do our family wedding venue place in Check In Hotel. It really was a standout out for us of several wedding venues we went so far we found check in hotel to be one of the most incredible venue ever. The foods was very delicious, savory, heavenly and mouthwatering I have to give a big of applause to Chef Mesfin and Chef Teshome, they really did serve amazingly. They were fast and looking to the dishes that ran out but within a blink of an eye they rush to make everything full. Especially to chef Mesfin OMG wow..he was really well orientated about what we want for the food and he delivered them perfectly cooked and in a spectacular way with being careful. The venue hall is so big and lovely as well the bathroom are so clean and chic everything was so great. I would love to thank the waiters as well Tsion and Abebech for servicing our guests in such mannered way and shout out to Abel the F&B controller for being very attentive listener and on point even Alemshet as well though he is a bit stiff but I can understand why he also happens to be an excellent worker. And none of this wouldnt happen if it weren't for the fabulous Rahel Assefa the marketing manager. She made us felt like home and really really did show us moreover she actually gave us an idea of how we can run our plans with decor venue. She really did shine us through her magical works. So I really do recommend to stop going on the city to find a wedding venue and head straight to CHECK IN Hotel right to Rahel and book your venue there. The customer service was very poor. There was black mold growing above my shower. Overall this hotel presents a nice front but when you get beyond the facade of nicety you find a slum lord mentality. It is true that when you make a customer happy they probably won't say anything but when you treat them poorly they will tell the world... Well that is true here. I had a legitimate complaint and was told there was no managers on duty that could address it. Out of trying to solve my issue the front desk apparently called the ”owners son” who was to be consulted in case of no managers being available. He offered to give me ”free services” next time I came to the hotel knowing full well I was about to fly out and would not be back. I had asked for at least a partial refund or some kind of compensation which he refused.

酒店挺新的,房間很好。 早餐都是中餐。前台也不錯。 但他們給我訂的出租車,收了我比正常出租車高5倍..... 一樓的麪包或蛋糕等食物非常昂貴 那條街上所有的餐館都挺貴的

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Residence apartment hotel for 16 days, and I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk lead, Massresha, and his colleagues. Their hospitality and attentiveness were truly remarkable, and they made our stay all the more enjoyable. Massresha, in particular, was a standout member of the hotel staff. He was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He was always available to answer any questions we had and offered helpful recommendations for things to do and see in the local area. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The daily housekeeping service was exceptional, and we were always impressed by the attention to detail shown by the staff. Overall, our stay at The Residence was truly unforgettable, and that's all thanks to Massresha and his colleagues. We appreciate all their hard work and dedication to making our stay a memorable one. We look forward to returning to this hotel in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the area.

Best hotel in town I recommend who want to stay in hotel this is the best experience we have. The price also very affordable.The room is so clean and the staffs also very corporative. At the morning we had a delicious breakfast. Finally I would like to say thank you for all the good hospitality. Keep it up.
