早餐還可以，有時斷電下面柴油發電機響不停，一股柴油味從2樓換到9樓，WiFi連了就斷最好帶上網線或自備AP，門口有安檢安全還可以，對面有個西餐廳環境不錯，相當於國內3星

沒空調，很冷。

我們在艾利訂了一個房間，當時我們在另一家酒店住了5天。艾利到酒店接上我們，離開時又把我們送到機場。我們的房間乾淨、安靜，有十幾個英語電視頻道（體育、新聞、電影）。酒店有健身房、遊泳池、餐廳、禮品店和理髮店。位置、自助早餐和工作人員都很好。WiFi（由政府控制）好幾次連不上。經理非常樂於助人。他安排人在我丈夫生病時帶他去診所，並幫助我們取消了我們無法參加的短途旅行。司機等候着我丈夫接受治療，並帶我們去自動取款機取錢和藥房買葯。從酒店打到美國的長途電話費很貴。

My 12 days stay was pleasant. If it hasn´t been for a couple of disturbing problems, my stay would have been perfect. Due to a couple of men among the staff, the problems were solved - always with a smile. Unfortunately, I cannot remember their names, but one was the head of operations, and the other one was a young man, both operating from the reception! The breakfast was very good, and the women cleaning the room did a very thorough job! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

I just had an overall lovely experience. The staff and services were top notch. Starting with the first coffee I was served at their 24 hour restaurant on M floor, the VIP restaurant on 10th floor and everything in between. Careful about the hair salon. The service is great, just don’t buy any hair products there!

I went to to Ethiopia for a function. I booked through *********** after all attempts to email the hotel were futile, Zero replies. The food was good and the service there after was good. For rooms pick the first wing, above the reception. At night the rooms were so cold with no extra blanket.

todo el personal del hotel es muy amable!! pero el hotel no es un cinco estrellas por ejemplo el aire acondicionado y el frigo bar de la habitación no andaba era un sauna !!! el desayuno bien normalito !!! la pileta es linda !!! la limpieza medio medio!

Old hotel, well located, the internet doesn't work. They put a modem inside our room, it still didn't work. The bathroom shower does not work with a shower, but with a hand shower. Breakfast is reasonable. We stayed one day and changed hotels. Same-sex couples are not allowed to share a double bed. Run away if you are LGBTQIAP+.

Given the issues like the bloody sheet, moldy bathtub, strange toilet stains, balcony door not closing, tasteless breakfast, and dinner, I would rate the lobby at a maximum of 3 stars. If you're okay with hostel-level accommodations at this price point, it might work for you.

We have found excellent treatment by the entire team at the hotel. Only there are some people in the restaurant who do not respond to our requests except for the person who is called Teddy. He is a very wonderful person, and he was the one who helped us with everything. He is really a special person. Also, we will not forget what the two people gave us, Nati, the hotel manager, and Teddy, the room manager. We were really happy with their service to us Thank you Teddy the restaurant🌹 Thank you, Nati🌹 Thank you, Teddy, Room Manager 🌹

Excellent stay! And wonderful staff and facilities. The hotel is clean, and serves very good food and buffet breakfast. The area is close to many things and very safe neighborhood. Nati, & front office team very helpful.

They let me check in early after a 12 hour flight. Free shuttle from airport. Room spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was really good with a lot of options and also plenty of juice. Had dinner at the restaurant which was also very good. Excellent stay in Addis

The rooms were spacious. The lighting could be improved. It was a bit dark. The bedding was clean. The food left a lot to be desired. They had two menus for transit and other guests. It was not clear why. They didn't have much to offer on either menu. The breakfast was also not impressive - dry pastries and cake and butter was not available. The making of omelettes was off-putting to watch from the not so clean looking breakfast chef. Overall, the staff were polite.
